Hi Kritika, I'm not very sure as I haven't tried but I feel that maybe a mix of paneer and hung curd would do the trick! I'm still not too sure but I'll be happy to test with that variation and see what happens! Have you tried Amazon? They have D'lecta.
Hi, I'm not sure if that would work as I've never tried it before, I also feel that the cheese spread is used more for savoury purposes and the consistency is a bit different from cream cheese (I could be wrong though!). I have recently posted a cheesecake recipe that doesn't need cream cheese, perhaps, you could halve that recipe and use it here. Do let me know if you do!
Usually the cheesecake needs an entire day to set properly and for the flavours to develop. However, 7 - 8 hours should also be fine if they have chilled sufficiently. Hope this helps! 💗
