I have just ordered this printer. Your presentation on unpacking and setting up is very helpful. I am anticipating a little more effort in setting up Wi-Fi capabilities.

When i try printing there is like a few horizontal lines that go across the lines. Do you know how to fix this?

How to enter two k’s in wifi password? I can’t find the space button, and it’s only taking one k, not two k’s.
I don't have the printer anymore but if I remember well... it was a pause/wait until you can type the next letter. I remember that two same consecutive letters are tricky to type

I don't need a ink based printer I already use the Canon Pixma Pro-100 the Laser printer is to replace a old laser for documents.
Jacob, I owned the Canon Pro 100 and Canon Pro 10... both good printers but they were replaced by the Epson EcoTank ones

Tiberio I hate to sound stupid but when I go to put in my password for the Wi-Fi in one place I have the letters 2c and they share the same buttons on the pin pad. How do I get it to jump to the next letter since they are using the same button?
Hi Vic... just keep clicking on the button and after letters will come the numbers. You have to wait a second before going to the next number/letter to insert.

I just bought this printer. For some reasons, the scanner does not work from the xerox software. I use USB connection. I need to use Microsoft Fax and Scan. in order to scan things. Also, do you know what is the best way to do two-sided printing? It must be manual because the duplex on this printer is not automatic. Is there any other way than opening the tray 10 times per day :) ?
I found the printer but it want the wps pin (is that my internet pin?) when I enter that it doesn't like it.. this is the worst time I've had setting up a printer
Hi Jacqueline. I just changed my wifi infrastructure a few days ago and I did the same steps as the first time. Press the ''i'' button(on the right corner of the display). Press down arrow till you reach ''Network''. Press ''OK''. Go down in the menu and select ''Wi-Fi''. Press ''OK'' and than go down to ''Wi-Fi Settings''. Press ''OK'' and than you'll see''wizard''... press ''OK'' again. You reached to the Wi-Fi networks, where you should connect to yours. Select your network and insert the password. After this you should be fine.

I have never tried that feature... I am not so sure that is capable to print on both sides

I never tried to print from a smartphone but I guess you can do it as is a network printer. As long as you are connected to the same network it should work. Let me know if you were able to do it. Good luck!

@@IamTiberio Do i have to install drivers and firmware or just drivers?
@@vsantiesteban562 It will work with the drivers only... but I will suggest to install only the drivers that you need, not all of them. Some installs softwares for xerox to get info about printer usage(statistics)

@@vsantiesteban562 there is a driver for the scanner unit as well... if I remember well. Try restart your pc. Did you tried to scan manually from the printer of you do not find the scanner option?

Install the scanner driver and when you will search it on your computer will pop-up... then set your scan preferences and you are all done. To download the drivers go to their official website.

Sonali Art Press I used the printer for more than one year and I have printed all my business receipts, documents... used for every b&w job... when I sold it, it had about 30% only toner left. I found it very economic and fast. Meanwhile I have made more researches and found out that a Epson EcoTank fits me better
