How weird I only tried making this myself last week. I'm a chef of 15 years and never thought to try it until I saw it in a Steve Rinella book. I did mine without the breadcrumbs, did flour, egg then flour again. Soaked the rabbit in buttermilk over night (1 cup milk to 1 tablespoon lemon juice) to tenderise the legs first. Was banging!
@CattyShackHunter I certainly will try it, I've used breadcrumb for chicken before now. Making me hungry now best get up the permission and get some ingredients 🤣
Cheers for a great variation of videos Wayne , superb as usual and like all the shooting and hunting vids beats anything on telly 👍cant wait to try KFR👌
Wayne lad, watching this whilst eating breakfast has made my porridge sèem inadequate! You've done a fantastic job there. Stroll on teatime, i know what I'll be having. Thanks for posting buddy👍
First thing I notice is your kitchen looks super neat and tidy. I guess you are truly precise with everything you do. Another reason to get some knowledge from you. Next I expect workout regimen and diet so I can get cut like Rambo lol😄💪
I was cracking up watching you enjoy that meat 😁👍🏼 Listen Mr. M, if ever you need a man to hold the camera when you’re cooking those again, shout me 🍽️ 😉
cant wait to try this fella! me and my mate just recently got the evo pro, red shot in 85-9, targets, rotary cutter. we are shooting 11m steel what taper would you advise please mate? really looking forward for the new catty drop with the handle! We also realised how big your hands are hahaha you make you evo look tiny.
Haha! Yeah I do have fairly large hands, that’s why I designed the Goblet for myself, then evolved that into the Goblet EVO. Go with a 25/20 taper mate, and if you find that a little strong, try a 25/17. You won’t go wrong with either in good weather, but in the winter, stick with a 25/20. Carbon editions will be available this week! 👍🏻👌🏻
@@CattyShackHunter thanks wayne top man! The difference in impact from 9.5 to 11 is crazy i really see why you switched it leaves tin cans wide open. and your new pouches feel really nice! If you could only pick one way to tie pouches would it be with lastic doing the tuck or constrictor knot?
@CattyShackHunter you've got to try it at least once and tell me it doesn't work lol. We used to woodsmoke them too in a restaurant I worked in few years back tastes lovely.

Can i buy band sets from you from across the pond in the us preferably the red bands that you use for cold weather thanks
Sorry mate, we don’t do the Red Shot or anti-cold bands in pre-made sets.
Making fried chicken gives me some sort of combat stress after having to make it in a kitchen I worked at all the time.
This may be the cure though. 👍
