Another outstanding video! This channel has cost me so much money by motivating me to buy even more shotguns that I don't really need but just really want. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been sporting clay shooting since the start of this year and fell in love with it, just last week I bought my first shotgun and I got the Rizzini BR110 Sporter. I shot it both Saturday and Sunday, I got 87/100 and 89/100. Felt amazing and I have zero regrets with my choice

Fantastic video. Rizzini are so underrated against other Italian and Belgian manufacturers. The RB Grand Regal is still a standout for me and one I hope to own soon.

Thank you so much for sharing this extraordinary visit to Rizzini.
Every single details of this video are as perfect as these wonderful guns you have presented us.
The images, the light, the soundtrack, the comments, everything is enjoyable to a maximum.
Thank you for making it possible for us who will not have the opportunity to visit such marvellous place and meet with great persons.

Thank you so much for sharing this fascinating insight into the gun design and production process. You can see the love Rizzini have for their product. As you rightly say there is nothing wrong with simple in engineering and these guns exemplify the heights simple can achieve.

Cracking video. I would imagine in the spray booth , that is just a curtain of water to catch any overspray rather than it just going into the air

You are right. On the back it’s getting transported to a filter. We use the same technology in our factory but than the spraying is done by robots.

These factory tours are amazing videos, I really appreciate them.
If I could afford a shotgun from Rizzini, it would be a 16 gauge 220 or 460. 28 or 30" barrels, with ejectors, and very high quality wood, with standard fine line hand checkering and fitted for me. I would probably do a Prince Of Whales pistol grip personally. I would also prefer a vented rib on the top and just a single brass or gold bead. I want the gun all blued, including the receiver on this one.
For the engraving, I would like a game scene, extremely detailed woodland and brushes on the right side with 2 flying Golden Ruffed Grouse engraved and engaged. Then on the left hand side, I want a beautiful mountainous terrain, with a river flowing in between, with trees and shrubs, again with a couple Golden Ruffed Grouse in nature.
So after spending more than $20,000, I would likely have my favourite Rizzini. Quite the dream I must say.

Great video as usual Mr Carter.
FYI, the big vat of polyurethane at the stock finishers, is actually a 'Wet back spray booth'.
Fans draw the over spray towards the cascading water, which traps and contains it. This way the worker doesn't need a mask or a full spray booth to work in.
      Keep up the great work!

I need to watch this again in case I have missed anything regarding lead times but having been in the market for a BR460 and been will to make the journey to Italy, I decided against it because of the time taken to then make & supply the gun. From those I know who have been, it can be up to a year to arrive and errors in spec when it does are not uncommon. I suppose if you want Italian passion you have to sacrifice German efficiency. Lovely video as usual - the quality is exceptionally high.

There is NO forging involved in these parts. It's ALL done via a process called "Investment Casting". Also know as "Lost Wax Casting". It's easy to get confused because the results might look similar but the process are completely different.😊
