S5ii is the best camera I've ever owned. The UI is honestly such a treat to use. I love that Panasonic is just a no-bs manufacturer. They give you dual card slots, weather sealing, and throw in the cumulative feature set of all their past cameras just for fun. Their 1.8 primes all come with weather sealing by default which is how all lenses should be. Period. They have released some massive firmware updates to things that werent even promised like handheld high res (which i use constantly). A big reason i left Canon was because i was sick of the upselling games.
Yes I agree, I have the S5iiX and its a fantastic camera small light great image quality and versatile. The LUMIX lenses are also fantastic, 18mm, 35, 24-105, also the Leica lenses work well to, the sigma 70-200 f2.8 is a dream. Plus there is the soon to be released firmware update for the camera to improve it even more.
Glad to hear you're impressed with the S5 II Chris, especially after I recommended it. I'm considering buying a second camera too, probably the S5 IIX bundle with the Lumix S Pro 16-35mm lens as I would like that lens anyway which costs £1499 but bundled with the S5 IIX is currently £2700 ish so the body becomes a bargain to obtain the lens too.

The S5II feel so good in hand. It really is a workhorse.
I began mirrorless with a GX7 then GX9 and now a G9 and I love them
I've been tempted by the S5ii

Great photography 🎉
Thank you! 😀
I agree it's a great camera.
It sounds like a good piece of kit...
Yeah, love it! Not too pricey either compared to Sony etc…
Will this camera take the sigma 500mm f5.6 L mount lens (and work fully)?
Yes
the focus pulsing is so annoying
The new firmware has sorted any AF issues from what I can see.
@petrub.. That was in the mark 1. Not anymore.
