    Nice comparison review! I picked up the Sport Mechanic on sale. Really lovely.

    Thank you Chris! Good review.
    I bought a Feedback Sports Pro Elite in early March 2023. The MSRP has increased to $330, got it on sale for $230! Have used it twice now, once for each of my 2 mountain bikes. Getting better at using it, & folding it up to store in my garage, with each use; hopefully the learning curve will be short.

    I have just purchased / received the Feedback Sports Pro Elite. To anyone thinking of buying one: do it - you will not regret it! It is much beefier, sturdier & better-made than you expect, once you see it & handle it in real life. The issues of it spinning or sliding down from some reviewers are not an issue - the metal clips can be easily tightened to how much you require, using a slotted screwdriver. I prefer this clamp to the Park Tool version & I think the 3-arm wheel/knob is a joy to use (made of heavy cast metal).

    Great review. I can tell just watching you fold them up etc how good the quality and design of these is (people forget design is as important as build-quality). I thought Park Tool were the top, but I really think these are the best. I like how you can clamp the top tube with these without clamping your cables, which you would do with nearly all other work stands.

    Pro elite is a good stand but you do need the legs pointing the right way with heavy mtbs as it is prone to toppling over if you don’t

    Hi I was just wondering if the diameter of the tubing is the same on all three models here? I broke a clamp on my sport mechanic and was wondering if the quick release clamps would work?? Thanks!!

    Good video, I'm still trying to decide between the Feedback Pro-Elite Work Stand and the Park Tool PCS 10.2 Home Repair Stand but I don't know which way to go? Both are awesome videos and I like both fold up for storage. I do like the that the Park Tool looks like its built heavier duty....
    Any suggestions or tips, jut for home use? (I also liked the PRS-25, SUPER NICE?)
    THANK YOU

      I'm normally a Park Tool guy all the way but the Feedback folding workstands are way better in my opinion. Pro Elite is the way to go.

    I have trouble with a couple things with my feedback ultralite.. first is getting the bike to balance without tipping forward. The other is getting the bike in the stand and being able to pedal it while in the stand, pedal hits the stand and prevents it from going forward. Any tips?

    • @felipecarlos2392
      @felipecarlos2392 2 роки тому

      I have the ultralight what I do is put the bike aligned with one if the legs and tilt the bike a big upwards. That will solve your issue with the pedal and it being perfectly balanced 👌

    Can the base be modified to adjust the width of the base to 1.10 for little space in some circumstances? regards

    Hey Chris ,
    Very nice review . I interested in a Feedback stand . I recently purchased a Turbo Levo Carbon Expert .. I’m looking for stand that will handle the weight of of a. 46lb ebike. My son has the Sport Mechanic. I had the Classic or the Ultra Lite in mind . My main concern is that stand will handle the weight of the bike with out becoming wobbly , unstable or tipsy
    Right now they’re all hard to find especially the Classic .
    Do you have any opinions or any stands for sale ?

    • @ChrisEnockson
      @ChrisEnockson  4 роки тому +1

      The stand should handle the weight just fine but I have not tried it personally.

    WARNIG The Pro Elite Won't Support 85 pounds!!!
    Claiming the ability to support bikes weighing up to 85 pounds, you would think my mid-engine e-bike that weighs less than 48 pounds (with the battery removed), would have no problems.
    Getting the jaws to lock to the seat post was an effort, but I was able to do this. However, when I tried to raise front or rear wheels up by a few degrees, gravity was too much and the head slipped. Let me add, I twisted the looking piece with all of my might as tight as I could make it. The irony, with 37 pounds under the weight limitations, this stand was overwhelmed.
    I contacted customer support. The agent claims the support is only up to 75 pounds and not designed for e-bikes...
    ...Why leave out this all important deal breaking info?
    I will say there are things to like. No assembly. Stores very compact. Lightweight. Its good looking with a nice fit and finish.
    I'm thinking bikes weighing at 25 pounds or less this would be a good repair stand. However, If you have a heavier bike, this repair stand is not a good choice.

    What an absolute POS stand. It will not hold even the lightest eMTB and even then it will not hold it far enough to turn the cracks and it will not hold the bike level. Wish I never purchased it. Total garbage.
