Normally structures are drawn such that lowest priority group is shown to attached by either wedge or dash. But if that group present in plane, still we can rotate the structure such that the groups in plane become attached by wedge and dash and those groups out of the plane are then come within the plane. We have to carefully imagine the structure and can convert it to the required orientation.
Even any group other than hydrogen with least priority is there in structure, then generally it is placed in vertical line at bottom while giving R,S configuration.
Since the compound is having only one chiral center, switching of only two groups will give an optical isomer which is an enantiomeric pair therefore it is a mirror image. In solid wedge and dashed line they may not appear as mirror images but just by rotation we can confirm that they are mirror images. Thank you.
