Why do people dilute the hair dyes? I find that so interesting as someone that never dyed her hair.
People typically dilute it if they don’t want the color to be as extreme/they want it to be a lighter color

To make pastel colours too, it would be cheaper than buying a pastel dye just buy a bright colour and use a home brand white conditioner and mix more conditioner than color depending on how pastel you want it
