    Another good one that is really effective is pressing in your belly button with your thumbs or pointer fingers about 30 to 60 times for 3 rounds. This is pressing directly on the Vagus Nerve and gives some pretty immediate wave of relaxation throughout the whole body..

    I've added more vagus nerve exercises in my routine, along with mindfulness from a book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. It's so important to have an anxiety management routine.

    I go a step further by taking cold showers. Not easy at first but with time it gets easier. 😊

      Sposedly just splashing cold water on the face activates it too‐ cold showers... meh, nope

    How long did it take creators of this program to heal?
    Was there anyone in a dissociative or derealized state?
    Did you process trauma afterwards?

      Hi Doris, the length of healing is different for everyone. Some took months and some took over a year. Head Coach Katie struggled with dissociation and processed trauma while working through the RO program. It can help both, especially when coupled with working with a trauma therapist or Somatics!

    Can you just drink water to swallow?

      You can, but the cold water causes more of a constriction on the throat.
