  • The vagus nerve, known as the "healing nerve," holds the key to unlocking deep relaxation, reducing stress, and boosting your overall well-being.
Discover how to tap into its power through simple practices like eye movements, breathing exercises, and even smiling! In this episode, Deepak Chopra reveals fascinating facts about the vagus nerve and offers practical tips to activate it for a calmer, healthier you.
    Key topics:
❤️ Yoga asanas: Each pose stimulates a specific branch of the nerve, promoting overall well-being.
❤️ Singing and chanting: Humming, chanting, and even saying "Mmmm..." stimulate the vagus nerve.
❤️ Probiotics: These live bacteria promote gut health, which is crucial for a healthy vagus nerve.
❤️ Kriyas, Bandhas, and Mudras: These yogic practices, including contracting and expanding sphincters, activate the nerve.
❤️ Smiling: This simple act sends signals to the brain that you're happy and relaxed, leading to vagus nerve activation and various health benefits.

Opera singing is all that and more! Facial muscles, smiling, eye movements to communicate strong emotions, breath, faster inhale, longer exhale naturally, diaphragm, posture, flow, voice, toning, singing with using all tones, moving around. So Sing Yourself Well!

@@Tinyteacher1111 You CAN! Our voice is our own healing instrument, and not designed (primarily) for pleasing others, or even less, be judged by others. I have a 22 minute video on my channel, called Sing Yourself Well in 7 Seconds, if you want to get started. Teaches you all the basics. Much Love, and sing yourself well!

Life can be interesting because we literally do anything, or because we can do anything because we do things a certain way with our intentionality for our body and such and by working upon tools.

Loved this review. Dear Deepak, I remember you introduced Vagus nerve stimulation awhile back and I became fascinated with it. As a trauma specialist, I have introduced it to my clients, and it was remarkable for what the exercises did for lowering anxiety and panic symptoms. Thank you for that. ❤❤❤

Feeling is perfection. Feel this out:
You are not a tornado Though there are 81 parts per trillion for the fine structure constant which might be twisting like a tornado and we have, for the sake of reasonable number for an answer and what fits consciousness models physics models and what would help us build the proper health education mind/body ego, 81 heartbeats per minute (or moment, united in base plane of intentionality complexity/trajectory along with 60 seconds per minute). At a certain point one can consider the factor and place for emotion to indicate what things are mechanical description points for explaining consciousness, like does 81 heartbeats sound humanly significant as a rate that proves and indicates consciousness if it feels good to imagine dancing on the 81 scales.
The 81 scales found in the body explain our consciousness so since we are not a walking/swingin/climbing or flying or swimming 81 scales, we are able to imagine the 81 scales the size of a ball with 81 impulses within it that can also fit into a blood vessel and this is a psi coherence ball. Not being a physical 81 scales means that we have locked the nature of consciousness into our species with a consciousness mudra so that we can remain subliminal analytical super in consciousness and can grow. We leaned about 1440 minutes per day with 81 heartbeats per minute.
