When was the last time budget was discussed more than 5% in parliament? Ans. NEVER and possibly NOWHERE in the world. Budget of a 4 trillion economy being designed to be distributed over such a vast territory as India is a very lengthy and technical document. Which can not be discussed even 2-3% in one month period of budget session. Thats why we have Guillotine Motion where rest of 98-99% budget is passed at once. 2. When in the history any ruling party got more than 50% of votes? Ans. NEVER. In India we have First Pass the Post system , in which it is not necessary to have 50% votes to form govt. Present NDA coalition having more than 45% of polled votes is 2nd highest in Indian history behind only Janta party govt in 1977 election which got little overy 50% in that election. So by saying wrong to mr. saurab K i think bro ur doing wrong he was good with his arguments as well as sai. The difference between indian courts and us court is Indian courts can challenge the decision taken by legislative and executive but can’t promulgate a fresh one Whereas us courts can challenge the decision by legislators and executive plus can promulgate fresh orders and same happened in us during same sex marriage

Because, the courts are explicitly provided powers in the constitution to pronounce judgement on them and in the case of same sex marriage the courts were only allowed to deal on 377 and they did decriminalise it thats the maximum they can do. This two on one debate is classic example of shitshow. The role of the anchor is to start the conversation with the opening remarks of both the stakeholders of a particular case. Then the follow up questions should be put up to each one of those with respect to their positions. After the closing remark of the debate given by both side, the word that any anchor should say is "thank you". On the contrary, she ended by using the classic left connotations like "fascist, right, tax agency and what not". The problem here is the anchor is out and out left leaning since congress times. The ideology of the Anchor have completely spoiled this debate. She brought certain aspects that suits her narrative. When she got it back on her face, she asked about the other religions on the same issue to cover up. For instance, she bought certain alleged historians into the debate that the leftist ideology doesn't have much space these days. But there is no data which supports her views. Each and every leftist has their own platform to express their opinion openly. When Sai answered the questions by quoting the instances of "brahmin go back" jibe/heckling on him, suddenly she asked Kripal to step in and she tried to hide behind him as she knew he will rip her argument apart. We have watched many of the interviews in the past in which she was the moderator. But she always did this with everyone who does not subscribe to her views/ideology. Subramaniam Swamy debates in Algebraic Conversations are classic examples which gives the evidence to her way of journalism. If she debates one on one with Sai, that would have exposed her in front of this same leftist audience. Kripal did a great job by engaging in civility. But Sai did this gracefully even having disadvantage of leftist biased anchor with one sided audience.
Sai knows precisely how to be on point...she tried to do regular journalism...she saved herself by timely backing off. Journalists must not wrongly quote anyone ...must not make totally unrelated analogy to ask alien questions and make irrelevant deductions.

These are the same people who mock when we say Mata Kunti was blessed by various deities to give birth to Pandavas. And now they take shelter of the Rigveda? Haha 😆.
And why the hell are they prompting the debate in between by showing images which suite their side. Kabhi camera zoom out karte hain display board dikhane ke liye kabhi puri screen hi dhak dete hain.

No Nehru or Gandhi ever got this much majority.

The difference between indian courts and us court is
Indian courts can challenge the decision taken by legislative and executive but can’t promulgate a fresh one
Whereas us courts can challenge the decision by legislators and executive plus can promulgate fresh orders and same happened in us during same sex marriage
@@anonymouscaveman8557 agree bro that both of them were civil and had a good arguments, I also don’t have any problems with same sec if society accepts it than who are we to go against the large portion of society. This change first needs to come from societal level than parliament maje the rule and than Supreme Court can interpret that rule. You can’t force shove or dump things on society direct through sup court. If this continue than in long run we will become the country dictated by Supreme Court dictators and all other pillar will stop functioning slowly as they wil be sacred from ultimate veto power of Supreme Court . 2nd - my only objection is Surabh ji bring irrelevant and false narratives on the debates like no women’s rights, dowry, caste, minorities etc. these are notions which are wrongly applied in India ( Hindus) if someone of saurabh ji stature keeps parroting these false notions in public and personal life than it’s impossible for us to fight against these narratives on worldwide academies level. 1st argument: dont worry courts wont take the position that off mr. S k rather they would lay the foundation for further discussion in the society. Cause once the court announces a decision it will open doors for more ruckus... everyone will come to courte door and will ask them to pass orders(of legislative format) which the courts cant afford
Ur 2nd argument: i would agree with mr.S k on thoee women rights, caste,..... Etc. Because, the courts are explicitly provided powers in the constitution to pronounce judgement on them and in the case of same sex marriage the courts were only allowed to deal on 377 and they did decriminalise it thats the maximum they can do. Its upto the legislative to give the courts power to pronounce a judgment on same sex marriage. So ghum fir ke sui legislative pe hi aa rhe hai. Dont worry nothing is going to happen.

Coming to the point the lady made in one of his arguments with respect to the instances where, in the past, many hindu Kings had multiple wives. Well, my question is, do hindus at large consider such polygamous kings exemplary?? No, we don't. Do we hindus, in general, draw inspiration from such kings and use it as an exemplar to justify such unions?? No, we don't, that's not how things work in Hinduism. What kind of logic was this?? I mean, even ravana was a hindu, and he did a lot of egregious crimes throughout his life, do hindus glorify or say take inspiration from him???
J Sai दीपक का mental toughness is evident ❤❤
Sai should have questioned court’s deciding on tough questions by asking him - “dahi handi ki lambai tough question h?”
At the start of the debate, Sai Deepak said that "some people because of their inclinations take a very personalisation position and when they are not able to get what they want, decide to approach the court" or something to that effect. Saurabh Kripal proved him 😝
1:08:30 jsd cut the throat of Shoma Chaudhury
J sai Deepak sir 🔥🔥
If you want to extend our laws to you, just inbolve us and discuss with us... that's what JSD is saying...
He should have asked about Nupur Sharma's free speech right
Such an Emotional, educative etc., satiety listening to these two participants……
J Sai Deepak is brilliant in building argument & changing the minds of people
Saurabh Kripal is Slow and steady change will happen advocate who throws excellent one liners challanging the positions,
Shoma Chaudhury is idiotic narcissist who only knows few talking points but nothing in depth about anything
Loved to watch this discussion. Very informative
The mediator was biased. And openly so. Pity. Wish we could have had a better mediator
One of those times that you feel happy with the quality of our legislative. Both Kirpal and Sai were fantastic. For a young democracy, we are amazing.
comparison of herself to maata Udaya bharathi is the proof of arrogance of what these people think of themselves.
Watched it for JSD, but Mr. Saurabh did make some good points and admissions. He seemed to be a true liberal and the so called "moderator" seems to the one to be put in her place with the right arguments.
Still feel, this is not JSD's best. But he always has those aces up his sleeve which can make him win the match.
Kudos for saurabh ji for remain calm and collective in this session apart from that he did everything to self loathe Hindus with other irrelevant issues. He started with no women rights than moved to minority than moved to dowry than involved left ideology. Some one told him that only Hindus gave more rights and respect to women than anyone else in the world , only give india minority rights without define minority %age and no western developed country has any special provisions or rules for minorities community and dowry is the concept given to us by Britisher he loved Wimbledon so I’m sure he must have watch downtown abbey and other British drama which show how important was dowry to British society 🙏
If that's your take from the discussion you cleared missed whole lot of arguments.
I agree with JSD.
I like how saurabh is putting his opinions nicely and politely.
I didn't liked the way mediator is stopping both the individuals repeatedly in between their speechs.
Sai Deepak sir on fire 👏.
Very intellectual conversation! #peace
The moderator took the debate in a different direction than what the topic indicated
Saurabh Kirpal : mujhe kyu bulaya hai😂😂 . Jsd tears apart this leftist.
😂😂 jsd mopping the floor with both of them...what a beautiful site to be seen....
Moderator is no more moderator but a pacifier of the other participant.
I like Sai very much and how he argues. And I am seriously impressed by Saurabh. I real wish him full joy in his life! As for the moderator, she js coming from a difficult position, ans I really don't think she was bad. Some of us differ on her views maybe, but she did not create any walls. So, everyone did express their views. Wish we had heard Saurabh more.
Protect this gem called JSD he is more important than the Constitution
That last line by Sai ❤❤ this moderator has never been a moderator .. absolute gold dust by Sai this time around.
Kudos to Saurab Kirpal for not only his brilliant argumentation but also for his ability to remain dispassionate, poised and unruffled while debating an issue that personally affects him.
Agree mate Kudos for saurabh ji for remain calm and collective in this session apart from that he did everything to self loathe Hindus with other irrelevant and artificial created fault lines and issues. He started with no women rights than moved to minority than moved to dowry than involved left ideology. Some one tell him that only Hindus gave more rights and respect to women than anyone else in the world , only give india minority rights without define minority %age and no western developed country has any special provisions or rules for minorities community and dowry is the concept given to us by Britisher he loved Wimbledon so I’m sure he must have watch downtown abbey and other British drama which show how important was dowry in British society 🙏
Yeah!!! JSD was crying for a moment I thought he will attack calm and composed saurabh kirpal and soma. Tank God he did not do that. 🤣😂
@@8PM-10AM and this chutiya saurabh talk about women rights but did not utter a word against halala and triple talak and ssex sslavery.... typical librandu..
This debate was not between JSD and Kripal but Shoma chose to take on JSD and failed miserably. I think JSD was sensitive about who he was debating with and his respect for Kripal showed in how he replied to him, controlled and balanced. But he showed Shoma in her place.
It's 2 vs 1 and Sai nailed as usual
