i imported it with the Nemu64 Graphics plugin, and tweaked the textures like the window, Removed Herobrin- i mean, the cloud, and just imported it into rom manager.

It actually worked, but the model has no textures and mario's there.
Use the N64 mapping tool to fix the missing textures, and just remove the Mario figure manually.
