- Unboxing the Itiwit one person kayak by the beach and some paddling for the first test with my new kayak!
This kayak is very well made from strong outer material and the bottom also is from very strong rubber material.
The only downside of this kayak is the small seat. The seat back is not tall enough for the average person for easier paddling. Maybe i will replace it in the near future.

Inflatable kayaks are hard to beat! This looks like a very nice boat! That is a gorgeous place.

I just purchased this and tried it today. The only thing I found a bit weird was non-inflatable kayaks go pretty straight with minimum swaying but this one swayed quite a bit with each stroke of the paddle. Maybe it's because it's inflatable? (even with the 3 fins attached)
It really is very easy to sway left and right with this kayak. The intex was better at this. Hope you enjoy your kayak! Take care!

Could you do a close-up of how you do the straps for the seats?
I can't get the back of the seat to support me and end up falling back
Nice video. I recommend getting a different paddle though. Yours is the one from the Intex Challenger I think. I upgraded from the challenger to a better kayak and initially kept the paddle. Getting a better paddle inmproved my experience with my new boat significantly. Keep paddling mate!

Nice video. Would also suggest people budget for a decent 50N PFD and paddle leash as both can be lifesavers.

Enjoy your kayaking. I have 2 seater for use on the rivers. All river rapids no problem so far. Stable boat.

Is that an inflatable? Because I want this kayak for the river Wye and not sure whether it will manage. Last thing I need is it popping halfway down.
@@imheretocausetrouble2156 inflatable. I have not tried on rocky rivers, but occasionally hitting bottom is ok.
How well do these kayaks cope with waves? We get pretty big surf here where I stay

Good for fishing?
Not the best but you can fish with it. For better stability and more fishing equipment go for a plastic kayak

I have one and use it but this time i did a small test not far from the coast and i forgot it.I should have used it i know. My mistake ! Thanks for the observation. Take care!
If ne uses a kayak most likely hell know how to swim
@@the.communist Life jackets are important in case of an accident, any type of accident were maybe the kayaker loses consciousness would be deadly without a life jacket.
