What about Johnny Depp, he is a domestic violence survivor. Men can't be victims? that sounds like what this whole video is supporting. The women who have legitimately suffered domestic abuse have my sympathy. Amber Heard is clearly a liar.

No, that's not the issue. Of course men can be victims, too. It's a issue because so many people who are abuse victims experience serious ramifications due to people's misconceptions, and often, perpetrators actually lie to police and say "She's crazy", etc. So the problem is that this is going backwards after years of hard work to clear up misconceptions that have actually gotten women and children killed because of this attitude on the part of society.
Honestly only beta males and soy boys can be victims of physical violence. So in other words, if you are extremely weak, fragile and sensitive, you have the right to complain as a man. Just know that you will forever be remembered as a coward and will never be respected again.

The media playing her as a victim is so annoying. No one actually agrees with this. I am a survivor of narc abuse and phsyical for over 20 years and I find these memes extremely funny. Amber is the only thing here triggering to survivors because she's insulting our very real experiences. This women has absolutely no trauma responses of any type or even genuine emotional responses at all. She does however show many many red flags in her behavior and verbage that is extremely prominent in narcissistic abusive behavior. Watching her speak during this trial and hearing Her choice of words has been extremely triggering to me because she uses the same exact words and reasoning as my female abuser did my entire life.
Sometimes there are young women manipulate rich men to get much money. They can do anything to get what they want, even when they have to pretend to be a victim.

I believe that Johnny made sure the 7 million was paid out when he found out she did not actually donate the money. So he paid her 7 million & then 7 million to charity. The accountant testified that he actually paid out 14 million. Because he is a decent human being.

Exactly - As a survivor myself and someone suffering from PTSD I'm so offended that she tried to connect herself to our communities just to ruin someone's reputation. If anyone and I mean anyone sides with Amber they do not have a brain in their heads. Plus, I'm proud that this may lay the foundation for men to come out and speak. 1 in 4 men are abused in America and do not come out because they are seen "stronger" than women. I'm just disgusted with her. No one deserves to be abused but those who lie make me sick. One woman was caught punching herself on an elevator camera to claim her husband abused her. These lies are taking the credibility away from true survivors.
If you do research, you'll see it's actually PRETTY clear that Johnny Depp abused Amber Heard on several occasions. He admitted it several times, to several people, too.

This video highlights EXACTLY why this case is so important: that no matter if the facts and evidence show a man is innocent, if a woman claims shes been abused by him there is a bias, especially by other women who have been abused, and there are a lot of us, to believing her no matter what. And that allows people like Amber Heard to turn allegations instantly into “facts,” which is dangerous and scary. Amber is a completely un-credible and unbelievable witness who has lied under oath and also had to change her testimony because she forgot her original lies. She is so blatantly counterfeit that her insane antics are being made fun of on tiktok and thats damaging to real victims? Moreso than her false allegations? I don’t think so. Amber has been recorded admitting to hitting Johnny and mocking him for being upset over it and also admitted to chasing after Johnny endless times when he was trying to remove himself from the situation. Y'all need to stop telling actual survivors how they should feel. Y'all need to stop piling guilt onto survivors and making us feel bad for not believing Amber. Amber is making a mockery of survivors of violence; and the implications of such will be far reaching. Male survivors watching this may fear speaking up lest they be accused and whilst I'm sure this is likely an existing concern, it's going to be bolstered by the fact someone like Johnny Depp can go through this. Female survivors may now also fear speaking out lest we get called lairs or as subjected to unnecessary scrutiny despite evidence. I personally find her behaviour incredibly triggering. It would help if you spoke to a larger section of survivors rather than people who threw the full weight of their support behind Amber; it could be inferred that their opinions are biased and not objective.
The only victim who can smirked, smiled and laughed when trial. The only victim who still can go to the show and smiled with beautiful dress and glowing make up. The only victim who was proud to say "I donated the whole money" but didn't do it. The only victim who cheated and got caught in the camera and spoke up for woman's right. Yes, the videos are possibly in poor taste. As a survivor of DV, I am not triggered by them. I am triggered by her, who is making a mockery and a joke of REAL DV victims and survivors. I hope this soon finishes, Johnny is vindicated and we can all go back to dealing with real issues and enjoying our lives.

The audicity to put amber heard in the same sentence with real DA survivors is sickening. The real damage is not the memeification of AH but her false accusations are damaging to every real victim.
You know what sad is that many DV victims have came out on the side of Johnny. They see AH as the abuser. With all they evidence that was shown. She is the abuser. If you side with her. You need to take a long look at yourself. It truly sad to see another DV victims get their story push to the side by society. Man can be DV victims.
It's sadly very, very common. There is something to learn from it, though. A DV victim who participates in the online abuse of AH has not integrated their experience and healed. They see themselves as either "worthy victims", or "not victims". In both polar extremes they're denying part of their experience. Their abuse of AH is a reaction to being confronted with parts of their own stories they don't accept.

How is this potentially stopping victims from coming forward? If the victims are being truthful and have actual real evidence, they shouldn’t feel affected by this amber web of lies. She is clearly lying under oath, and if other “victims” are planning on lying too then they too should never come forward…it’s that simple.
So often victims don't have evidence.. sometimes all we have is our word. What is real evidence anyway?! I just left an abusive relationship and my real evidence is my story. I don't know what all I can show to prove it. So, saying this entire defamation debacle doesn't hurt victims is short sided.
Many victims are truthful but don't have "real evidence" everytime. And if you know anything about trauma then you'd know that memories can get distorted or fragmented as a result. Everyone so sure Amber is lying but how can YOU prove she is?!

It assumes that she's telling the truth when evidence points otherwise (you can't just pick your own truth when evidence so far is saying you're wrong). This also assumes that Johnny did not get the same, if not more horrible, treatment online. This story jumped into the conclusion that Johnny Depp is indeed the abuser.

Yes, there are DV survivors that are for Johnny and there are DV survivors that are for Amber, and those who don't take a stance. I feel like this needs to be stressed, having experienced trauma and abuse does not make you an expert on the subject at general. It does not give you the ability to tell if someone else has or has not experienced abuse.
It is one thing to look at what Amber Heard is saying and the content of those claims but so much of what is out there is focused on how she is saying it. "She looks too much at the jury", "She calls him Johnny and not Mr. Depp, a survivor never calls their abuser by name". Sure there are victims that hold down their head and try to distance themselves as much as possible from their abuser through speach and not being able to mention their abusers name. There are also those that look straight at their abuser, that look out over the courtroom and say their names.
Your story, your hurt and your trauma is your own and it is 100% valid, but it isn't the measuring stock for everyone elses.
In my opinion, I don't think there will ever be a clear answer on the abuser vs the abused. I think both parties played each part and neither was a saint. I think this was a defamation trial regarding DV that should never been televised and opened up to the public in such a manner.
I'm not on Amber Heard's side, she clearly did things in their relationship that was clearly wrong. I am neither on Johnny Depp's side, he too did things that were not okay. it seems the public has already made up their minds. I like a lot of people here thought JD was the victim and Heard was lying. I changed my mind when I saw his text messages about her, it was the most vile things I've ever read, and reading about his libel case in the UK really opened my eyes. This isnt so simple as one person is lying and the other is a victim. I too will wait for the final verdict, but whatever happens I think the public have already made their minds up in Depps favour.
It's also possible Princess Diana was murdered by Egyptians. Or that aliens live in an underground city in Antarctica. But it's highly unlikely that either of those are true just by suggesting it. A very sober and proper(some would say overly), -deliberated judge and jury heard this case with more detail than most cases like this have. They found in Depp's favor. You can either accept it, or continue to double-down on supporting a known liar and deceiver in Heard, like the MSM has.
