Where can one find a calculator to figure the distance the feed horn sits on dish for different frequencies?

That distance is not a function of frequency. The focal point position is a function of dish geometry. Simple measurements of the dish and parabola calculations will yield the exact the focal point distance from the bottom of the dish. Here is one calculator:
