Yew trees represent life to me. I was diagnosed late stage with a rare, very aggressive form of cancer that had a 5 year survival rate of only 35%. I took part in clinical trials for a new chemotherapy drug that was derived from the yew tree. That was 21 years ago & I am very alive & well. That drug is now regularly used to treat some types of cancer. I believe with all my heart that the yew tree played a huge part in my survival. So yew trees represent LIFE in my realm & definitely have my respect. I LOVE your creation you made that was inspired by this enchanted tree & the other trees in your forest.
This was so enchanting….your walk in the forest….the gathering of creative things. So inspirational and such an up lifting sorry. I loved every minute! ✨🍄✨🍄
I absolutely Love this tree, and all of your handmade decorations! I found your Channel about a week ago, and I cannot stop watching! I am new to exploring the witchy side of myself. You have helped me to understand a lot! Thank You for sharing your authentic self with us! Much Love from Kentucky! 💗
Trees have always represented safety to me. Mostly oak trees, as they were the ones I encountered most as a child. I loved climbing the trees, it was my happy place. They’ve even often appeared in my dreams, and they were always there for me to climb away from a threat
I've been in a funk lately and your last video inspired me to get off my butt and decorate for Halloween. Now your creativity level is expert and mine is basic (ie. more craft store pillows and less acorn bats) but it did shake the blues off a little. Thanks for sharing all your creativity with us!
Love these craft ideas. I use fallen branches for year round décor, but now I want to make a yew tree. I'd never seen one before and I thought it was very enchanting. Thank you, Alwyn!
Your tree story reminds me of the Faraway tree 🌳 a story my Nan used to read me when I was a little girl. It tells the story of a magic tree in the forest where the magic folk live, there is a different world at the top each day. 😊
I love the bats! The fairy is cool too. I so want a raven, I've been looking for one like that. Wonderful video. I have an autumn themed playlist, if you would like to try it. Have a great day, and thank you for showing how to make the tree and bats and mushrooms!
I adore your little bats!🦇💜 I love your how creative you are with nature. I loved your little nature faeries you made in a previous video also. You've brought back my creative spirit Alwyn.Thank you for making everything feel magical! Have an Enchanted Samhain!
The yew tree you made is stunning, love the bats from acorns, and the conkers in their spiky cases, what a good idea for hallowene decor. Love your fairy, she's so pretty.
Hello Alwyn. Your videos have inspired me to make autumn wreaths for myself, and my friends. Thanks to your videos, I foraged for items in making my wreaths, which I really enjoyed. I used various herbs in my garden for hidden witchy protection, Lavender, Rosemary and Sage and Laurel. I am delighted with my end results. Look forward to furthering inspirational videos.
I must agree with everybody else... How does that lovely brain of yours hold so much creativity and imagination ? I think your Faerie friend ads to your inspiration. I can't decide which is my favourite today, everything is so unique. Blessings and gratitude coming from the desert 💜🍄💜
I love the nature connection and crafting.. the mushrooms were my favorite and I do think I shall try them. I already use acorns and pine cones and such. Blessings for this Samhain sabbath

Aahh! Love the acorn bats! So adorable! Always enjoy seeing what your wide imagination comes up with, you inspire the creativity within me! Lovely video as always! Enjoy Halloween! ✨🕯
This is so lovely, and it's special to me in a strange way, because I have been writing about a universe of my invention for many years that have tree portals at their center, as well as, in that universe, the structure of the universe itself is essentially a tree. Thank Alwyn. This really is beautiful, and if I can find the time, I really want to do this craft with my family. 💚
@Treetops' Tales 🎶 Yes! They're very similar, and it was definitely an inspiration for it, but my tree has other aspects to it that are different. It would take a book to explain, which is why I'm writing them. Lol
Alwyn you deserve a golden medal around your neck an award for the most beautiful magical spirited crafts of artwork you conjure up everything in this video is outstandingly magical for me the beautiful tree stole my heart but everything else added and played their parts thank you for sharing dearest Alwyn beautiful Alwyn much loved Alwyn 😘

So many wonderful ideas! I am delighted by & in awe of your creativity I like the chestnut/ buckeye seeds too! I like making the yew tree out of twigs, so very clever. Plus, the bat creatures were so creative. Today I feasted on autumn fruit, with oolong milk tea, whilst patchworking a pocket together out of a cleverly printed anatomical heart fabric scraps
Hi Catherine 🍁🧡 Your Sunday sounds very relaxing and autumnal - the perfect day really! Thankyou so much, so glad you liked the yew tree!! Lots of love 🧝♀️🍄🍁🧡
This was such a beautiful story. I love your Yew tree. I have found conkers before and did not know what they were. I would not know where to find such trees where I live. I am sure they are here. First, I need to familiarize myself with the tree. I was studying for an Urban Horticultural certificate and tree identification was where I stopped. The number of trees I had to identify was daunting. I was encountering many life changes and the stress was overwhelming. Between daunting and overwhelming, I found enough excuses to put it off. I still think about going back to complete the course. How wonderful, that you have such an enchanting place to find inspiration and the unconditional support of Mother Nature. I wish you many blessings. Thank you for this delightful video.
Oh yes I think learning under pressure can be very daunting! You can go at your own pace, take your time and enjoy it, then you will find a lot more pleasure in it!!! I like to learn something new when I stumble upon it! Lots of love to you 🥰🍄🍂🧡

So magical!! I LOVE the bats! Sleeping and flying; sooo precious! How do you store them so they won’t get damaged? Or do you make new things each year? 🥰🎃🍁🍂🍄

You need to google that 🤔
@@iancrawford795 I did x
The are horse chestnuts and sweet chestnuts totally different
Don't any until you are sure, because horse chestnuts and chestnuts look the same. Please be careful
They're also called buckeyes and yes be careful as some are not good for you
