For baking in Canada, vegans use Maple Syrup, but what can I use to replace butter? Can I use Olive Oil? Just so you know, the cake looks really good and while you were cooking, it brought back memories of my Jamaican culture. I await your response and stay safe in this era of diseases. Blessings!
I could just eat a slice of Toto, my mam use to make it while i was growing up. Love watching you bake, and i just love the Jamaican speeking, i find it so warming. By the way i think the word you were looking for the cocanut trash is dessicated. My mam also called it cocanut trash! Lol
