- Since volume 9 was on the Microsoft Store, I decided to share the full version of this English theme with you! The dub of this grew on me since it first aired, so I hope I'm not the only one. Hope you all enjoy it & remember to support the official release!
Edit: The dub singer is officially confirmed to be Lawrence Park.
Obviously, I don't own either Dragon Ball Super nor the dub, they rightfully belong to Toei Animation & Funimation.
One thing is for sure...I'm glad they kept the window. (But it DOES sound like they almost forgot to say it)

It’s a wonderful tribute to how several generations (like 40 odd years or something?) of us grew up with one of his series of work.
I truly feel for the future generations who won’t have that same experience
As a youngggg kid (like 6) watching the freiza saga, seeing goku just keep getting up regardless of how bad things were helped me learn to be more resilient and to not just give up on everything at the first inconvenience
That it didnt matter if I didnt do something perfectly the first time, if I got there eventually that was what matter; didn’t matter how many times any of the antagonists slapped him into another time zone - dude still won in the end
You helped me learn to keep trying and things will get there eventually and much more

This outro makes me think back to those days when I was a kid and my brother would watch dragon ball z kai and I would tell him how can he watch this. Well I just finished watching dragon ball, dragon ball z, dragon ball gt, and dragon ball super😅 and it actually makes me sad that I hated such an amazing anime 😭 I loved every second of this 😀❤

I completely agree with you. When I first noticed this show, I thought it was stupid and I never really gave thought to watching it. One day I was bored and decided to watch dragon ball, and at this point I have watched dragon ball, dragon ball z, dragon ball super, resurrection f, battle of the gods, and gt and I have no clue how I hated this before.

I haven't thought much about my sister recently beyond the fact that I can hardly remember much beyond the day she died - like my memory of her's somehow been locked away or blotted out, as if it has been erased. I suspect it's a trauma-induced coping mechanism or something. It's been hard to process her loss because of it, but far easier to let go I guess. May be a blessing in disguise.

This ending is a good farewell to Toriyama it illustrates the story of dragon ball with goku but you could easily replace it with the story of Toriyama with Dr slump, dragon ball, sand land and all his other creations
Ngl I teared up seeing this when it came out on toonami and thinking about how much Goku’s been through in his life seeing him as a little kid to a full blown adult, so nostalgic!

I think that this is severely understating how good this ending was. When it first aired, I was stunned at how it made me feel. From the song itself to the nostalgic scenes. It puts you through an emotional rollercoaster as a fan.

What I love about these ending themes is that it makes you reminisce about past times. Not just in Dragon Ball but in our lives and It makes me feel nostalgic about everything in my childhood and now knowing that my childhood is almost over it brings tears to my eyes. I'll miss those days and I will look back on the memories with joy in my heart.

The first anime that actually introduced me to the world of anime was dragon Ball super. I didn't know anything about the characters or origin but i enjoyed it and then i did research on it that i found out there were series and movies before it so after super i watched DBZ and it was good i finally understood the characters better and when i found out the creator died i felt a little guilty for not knowing about him sooner. Thank you Akira it's because of you i enjoy watching anime now
