I seen them on this tour in Las Vegas NV. I believe it was 1983? I forget I've been to so many concerts, its all just a memory now. Lots of great ones!
I'm nearly 50 year old. This was a throw-away song on a 35+ year old album. No song has EVER made me jump out of my chair, shout into an imaginary mic and jam a kick ass guitar like this! Those lads kicked sooooo much ass before Hysteria popped their sound soooo sadly!
On through the night & high and dry, their best work in my opinion 🤘 51 yrs here and still rockin like I'm in my teens still, the music we grew up on compares to no other 🤘
GREATEST straight forward hard rock album ever!!! No frills, no fills, no synchs... just a bad ass bad of UK lads letting loose. There were no expectations of excellence or perfection on this record. Heavy, hard, melodic and dangerous. THIS record is THE legacy of Def Lep. FU Hysteria!
Love Phil Collen as a guitarist, but it should have been Pete Willis in this vid as Collen had nothing to do with it. I remember being in Record Bar in Baton Rouge Louisiana in Cortana Mall back when this album first came out and this song came on over their sound system. I was mesmerized. I asked them to hold a copy of it for me to buy the next week. I mowed the hell out of my parents' lawn to earn the money...best $6.98 I ever spent and I had money left over for burgers and a beer I was too young to buy. lol This is, and always will be, the BEST Def Leppard album.
Steve played most of the solos on High ‘N’ Dry. Collen wasn’t in the band yet. And, Steve and Phil split the solos evenly in Pyromania and Hysteria. Phil played most of the singles however from Pyromania.
Great editing especially with the Me and my Wine ending. Lots of great clips from the later Pyromania and Hysteria eras as well. RIP White Lightning \m/

Actually most of the solos were Collen. All the rhythm was completed when he came into the picture which is Pete.

After buying Pyromania back in the early 80's, I went out and bought High n Dry and On through The Night! Great albums!
this is the last real rock and roll record Def Leppard put out!!!
I disagree. Pyro is AMAZING too, and with real rock and roll tracks.
LOL ROCKS 🎉Def Leppard. Band. 1,2,3 Running 1,2,3 britts LOL 🎉Vocals Free 🎉My
1,2,3 1st LOL. ROCKS ✨️
Someone seems to have forgotten that Pete Willis was Steve's Compadre on this Song, as opposed to Phil. Still Love it though... 😊🙃
Heaven is..... Steve Clark!

You should've had Pete Willis in the video since he was one of the songwriters of this. Phil Collen had nothing to do with it.
It's hard to find any video with Pete Willis.
Phil Collen sucks...
YOU
Phil😋😝
Phil😋
SAV!!! 🤤
Phil 😜
Probably shouldn't have used clips with Phil Collen considering he wasn't in the band then...
72Dead12go so make your own video :)
This is the last album with Pete Willis. Phil shouldn't be in the video.
