I missed this original comment. When you order from Thomann from U.K. or Ireland, they ship a 3-pin.
@@GingerLeftyGuitar I only ask as I recently ordered a TC electronic Flashback x4 and it came with the European 2 pin plug with no adapter. I have a power supply on my board so it was not an issue for me. Adapters are easily available anyway...
Unless they stopped doing that. I dunno 🤷🏼♂️
@@GingerLeftyGuitar ah, it was probably a one off oversight. Adapters are cheap. Once the power supply is 240v I don't mind.
Im having issues with my distortion pedal every time I turn it on, it has this so called 60hz noise that disappears whenever I hold my guitar metal parts, and also my pedal part. Is that a psu issue? Thanks
Does the distortion pedal take batteries? If so run it on battery power disconnected from the psu, and if the same noise is there, then you know the psu is not the culprit. If the guitar has single coils, then noise is part of the deal with distortion.
Ginger Lefty Guitar i just solved the prob, this psu is really isolated. The problem was that I’m using 2 psu the other is caline (non iso) coz the HB powerplant was full already. What I did, I removed the caline psu, daisy chained the extra 3 pedals to the 500 DC section. The noise suddenly gone. Am I doing it right? Hehe thanks for the reply

I’m not sure. It’s not something I need to use.
its there to combine ports to use pedals that require more more voltage
can you run a daisychain from an output?
So, is this power supply OK ?
I have absolutely no issues with it. Powers all my pedals, is properly isolated. Quiet too. Can’t complain.
