That smile on Clancy's face when it turned over the first time was worth all your hard work. It brought a tear to my eyes. I'm so happy for you Clancy!
Great job Cody and Clancy. Brings back alot of memories of my Dad and me working on my first truck. A 1965 Ford F250 3 quarter ton. 289 4 on the floor.
Clancy's bright smile when the motor kicked over, and his eye contact with Cody, acknowledged it all. A special father and son connection that will always be remembered between them. Congratulations, guys! And, mom. 👍
Dave is one very nice man! Loved that he gave Clancy some easy tips. You could tell he knew what Clancy was feeling being that close to being behind the wheel of his very own truck. Clancy your heart must have been pounding with excitement because mine was for you! What a wonderful job you guys did together, absolutely incredible! So wonderful to watch all the way through!❤❤
Awesome.... You are a lucky kid, Clancy! That is one sweet soundin' truck. Love to hear it rumble while it's idling. But when you put in gear and take off my heart skips a beat! Be safe and be cool!
BIG THANK YOU to Dave’s Speed and Custom with the guidance for the “square box”! Clancy had a big smile when the engine turned over! The process was perfect. Congratulations to the Bar-7 pit crew!
I wish I had filmed my first drive in the 68 firebird my dad and I built when I was 16. I will never get rid of it. Still makes me, my wife and kids smile burning the tires off in 3rd gear. Amazing memories
Since I graduated in the 60s, the exhaust is perfect. Great job to the whole family on getting this truck built and Clancy is one lucky boy to have parents Mike you guys keep up the good work.
Clancy's smile when it crank was priceless! I've has that moment about that age! But Cody's at about 34 minutes that grin reminded me of my dad! Proud and still likes to hear those pipes ring, but yet still had to be a dad and calm the cub down lol!!
Awesome build guys she sounds Great! Tell him on the down shift with the clutch in to rev it up ever so slightly and it’ll go back in the next lower gear without having to pull so hard on the stick. She’s badass! Brings back a lot of memories, I built me a 82 k-30 when I was 18. Same setup even the color.. called her ole Blue.. Lots of memories in that old truck.👍🏻
Man that first drive with dad was awesome to watch! The mics don’t give engines and exhaust justice, it’s does something weird to it. It sounded like your idle was a tad high, high idle bearing an engine in isn’t a terrible thing, but I bet it’ll smooth out and lope a bit if adjusted down.
Congratulations guys!!! 🎉🎉 It's been fun watching you two working together and completing a fun project. You guys are lucky to have each other. . Super cool!! And great work!
right on! my first truck was a 86 Chevy Silverado short wide square body.....I loved that truck, and wish I had it today.....what a great job guys!!!!!!
Anyone else think Dave did a great job on camera articulating exactly what he was doing and why. Perhaps a UA-cam channel in his future?!?? Great job on the truck guys! You could see that core memory being made riding in the truck around the farm.
Congratulations, that’s awesome my dad has one he’s gone b building soon i told him about this video. The motor y’all used. Yeah money a problem, but when you work hard, the work may seem like it’s not getting you anywhere. My dad has changed that view for me. Gotta work hard for what you want, it’s not gonna appear by it’s self in front of you. Got get it.
I’ve been waiting for this video. The truck sound really good I like loud trucks it claps too. my buddy has a straight piped dodge no cats no mufflers it’s way to loud😂
Bam! Right out of the gate! Young man, you look like Lucas Black from the movie Sling Blade, and NCIS New Orleans. Its a compliment, he's a D+++ good actor. Like your all's content here.
That look he gave Clance when he said I hope you’re listening to him resonates with me being a father of 3 trying to show all the speed bumps before the wheels fall off.
Great job on the truck Cody and Clancy. Does Clancy have his license or do you have to be 16 in Texas to get it? Here in NY you have to be 16 but I think some states you can get it at 15. Congratulations to you both.
Get rid of the cherry bombs”glass packs” put some quality muffler’s on it. Some hookers or flow masters. So cool to see a father son build! Way to show this world how to be involved parents.
I already seen y’all first driving it in a TikTok video the other day before mad this video or y’all made all the videos and u just put the video on TikTok first then UA-cam last
Needs some 40 series Flowmasters on there they sound better than anything. Cherry bombs are just annoying like the kids that drive around with the pedal on the floor with open headers.
Not sure what this is about. Clancy is 15 and has been driving legally with a permit and an adult for the last 10 months. We live in the country so that’s where we are. It’s a new to him truck and a four speed. It will take some time getting to know it for him. Oh and he didn’t have brakes at this point so that was a whole other obstacle 😂
That smile on Clancy's face when it turned over the first time was worth all your hard work. It brought a tear to my eyes. I'm so happy for you Clancy!
That memory is gonna stay in his life for ever. Kids don’t have it like Clancy anymore. He’s a very lucky kid. i crew up in a dairy farm.
Great job Cody and Clancy. Brings back alot of memories of my Dad and me working on my first truck. A 1965 Ford F250 3 quarter ton. 289 4 on the floor.

It was such a great day Sharon and we were definitely thankful to have connected with Dave. Great guy!
What a special day! My dad passed 25+ years ago-I’d love to go back and have a memory like this. Great work!
For sure ❤️
Awesome.... You are a lucky kid, Clancy! That is one sweet soundin' truck. Love to hear it rumble while it's idling. But when you put in gear and take off my heart skips a beat! Be safe and be cool!

Thank you! For sure was!
BIG THANK YOU to Dave’s Speed and Custom with the guidance for the “square box”! Clancy had a big smile when the engine turned over! The process was perfect. Congratulations to the Bar-7 pit crew!
I was ear to ear watching the first drive.
I wish I had filmed my first drive in the 68 firebird my dad and I built when I was 16. I will never get rid of it. Still makes me, my wife and kids smile burning the tires off in 3rd gear. Amazing memories

Your just an outstanding parent - we need more like you - I just pray that your son appreciates all that you do for him -
Kind words ❤️
That was the best video! I’m so happy for Clancy. The smile on his face and even dads face was something to see. Great job guys!
It was such an awesome day ❤️ So glad we could share it with you guys ❤️

... and this is why GAS POWERED trucks/cars will never go out of style! Technology is great until it isn't!!! Keep truckin' & keep farmin' 👊🙋♀️❣️

God bless the rain!!!!!!
Anyone else think Dave did a great job on camera articulating exactly what he was doing and why. Perhaps a UA-cam channel in his future?!?? Great job on the truck guys! You could see that core memory being made riding in the truck around the farm.
Spoiler: Stay tuned 😉❤️

Seeing you guys getting it cranked and riding in the pickup for the first time was great! Next stop , C10s In the Park!
Heading home from it right now! It was awesome!!!
Absolutely awesome congratulations 🎊🎉🎈 God bless
yall have done a great job and Clancey is getting the hang of it! Bad A$$ trk!!!
Thanks!
Pure love!
Nothing sounds or runs like a 350 Chevy motor. That is one nice motor. Sounds great and he will never forget this day.
Couldn't agree more!
Cool moment. Thanks for sharing.
Dad,not so hard,Clancy why not 😂😂😂😂 I’m so happy for Clancy

Thanks!
Motor sounds awesome
We agree!
That look he gave Clance when he said I hope you’re listening to him resonates with me being a father of 3 trying to show all the speed bumps before the wheels fall off.
I remember them day..I taught me son how to drive in a 1978 ford f150..long wheel base . He was 15..
I believe the idle is to high I think that’s why Clancy is having trouble shifting
Sounds great!!!!
First strike motor sounds great 🤘🤘
Oh yeah!
Nice work, hope Clancy don't change those wheels, steelies and stock center caps look the best on those old rigs
We agree!
I don’t think this young Man even understands just how lucky he is to have parents that will do things like this to help him.
❤ that truck sounds badass Clancy got a good one there buddy keep her slow and yes it is called the noise pollution violation❤❤😊😊
One moment in time for Clancy !

A proud moment
Mash on it. Oh not that hard. Hilarious but awesome at the same time
Right 😂
That thing sounds good
Thanks!
If the stereo head was in you wouldn't have to listen the motor or the load exhaust. You boys keep on wrenkin.
Nice job 👍!!!!!
Nice Ride 👍❤🙏
Get rid of the cherry bombs”glass packs” put some quality muffler’s on it. Some hookers or flow masters. So cool to see a father son build! Way to show this world how to be involved parents.
He put what HE wanted on it. ❤️
@@Bar7Ranch that’s perfect!
Not fair TikTok get this footage before UA-cam lol glad Clancy likes it but Cody looks more happy with it
That is the most beautiful camera woman I ever did saw❤
What kind of exhaust is on that truck
Obviously these videos are out of order. Thats fine. Clance was driving it on your last short poppin the mufflers !!
Yep we mention it often that our long form content is always a couple weeks behind. It’s always in order but takes longer to edit.
I wanna come walk one of your new build
Disturbing the peace ticket coming
Heyyyy❤
Relax dad
Maybe when the brakes work 😉
Y’all talking smile on Clancy’s face what about daddy’s little smile
Needs flowmasters...
I already seen y’all first driving it in a TikTok video the other day before mad this video or y’all made all the videos and u just put the video on TikTok first then UA-cam last
Yep! Long form YT content is typically a couple weeks behind for us!
What happened with Pearl?
Stay tuned!
Needs some 40 series Flowmasters on there they sound better than anything. Cherry bombs are just annoying like the kids that drive around with the pedal on the floor with open headers.
He put what HE wanted on there! ❤️
Modafid exsost
look take him out in the country and let him drive by himself cause daddy is making it worse I’m just saying
