For electrical work, have you considered using wago lever nuts? I first saw them on Adam Savage's Tested channel, where he was reviewing top things in his workshop. They seem to be the next legit thing, as there's mechanical locking for the wire but it's simple to install. I just bought an Econoline and I'm loving this conversion content!
I haven't used wago nuts. I have been hearing about them more and more but I'm a bit stuck in my ways with respect to simple adhesive lined crimps. For what it's worth as well I recently removed this entire system and upgraded to a 560ah DIY prismatic cell lithium house bank with 3kw inverter and induction cooking. I'll post a video about that soon!
