I Knew before this the video was wrong......US has 20 carriers. 11 Super Carriers and 9 Lightning Carriers. Just because we call them by a different name does not erase its capabilities when compared to non US carriers.
I noticed they were talking about the Enterprise CV-6 but showing videos of CVN-65, one of which showed the ship going backwards. Also, when they mentioned the catapults on the USS Ford, they were showing steam catapults.
Thats power projection on an unmatched scale. More Ford Class carriers will become operational along with the Colombia class subs over the next 5 years as the Nimitz class carriers and Virgina class subs become obselete.

And then 10 seconds later at 1:30 we're watching jet aircraft from the 1960s taking off while you're talking about the heroics of the CV-6 in WWII. I'm pretty sure CV-6 never launched a jet aircraft.

They are important and I only wish we had 20!! Nothing like walking around the world with the biggest stick, if needed! I want to thank all military personnel and their families!! I know how important their roles are in being what real Americans are. We are genuinely kind and willing to help everyone!! No matter what!! CVN 65 is undergoing dismantalization, and CVN 90 is under construction. Both are also "Enterprise". CVN 65 was the first nuclear-powered carrier.
CVN-68 NIMITZ, 69 EISENHOWER, 70 CARL VINSON, 71 ROOSEVELT, 72 ABRAHAM LINCOLN, 73 G. WASHINGTON, 74 STENNIS, 75 TRUMAN, 76 REAGAN, 77 BUSH, 78 FORD, 79 JFK, 80 ENTERPRISE and 81 Doris Miller.
