    Thanks so much for this follow up. I’ve been sick for months with mould illness and have started to make some similar changes. It’s encouraging to see someone who has succeeded in feeling better and that your approach has held up over time. I appreciate so much that you took the time to make this video. 💜🙏

    Thank you sharing your thoughtful tips. They are helpful and appreciated. Two years ago, I moved from a house which had black mold in the walls. My digestive issues have since greatly improved, and I am very careful with my diet. Histamine (Hay Fever) issues are still there and may be related to my present location, so I may want to move again. I wish you continued success with the healthy changes you have made in your life.

    goodness, watching your video,,, I think I will be dead in a couple of years if thats what you need to stay healthy. I thought my tanins from drinking my tea and the brain boost from my coffee was ok.. Would find organic a bit expensive. I admire greatly your purity. It makes you even more beautiful!

      If you do not feel sick from drinking tea or coffee you do not need to stop. Although if you feel stuck and sick you better do the cleaning process and introduce tea and coffee once you start to feel better. I recently introduced flour and bread (only sourdough and made fresh, not the processed supermarket ones) and I feel fine from them

    Lets say you move away and you eat the minimum amount of sugar (any kind of sugar) and your diet was already extremely low in carbs and sugar long before your mold allergies existed. Totally vegan, no processed food, always organic food. I'm wondering if a person can actually make themselves hyper sensitive by eating the vegan diet. fyi I changed my diet to about half fruit and vegitbles and I am a lot healthier. I eat what ever I want. I have constant allergy symptom since I work in en extremely dusty environment, mold couldnt live in what I breath 40 hours a week.

    Hi Elina, you look vibrant & lost a lot of weight, congratulations! Subscribed.
    Can you please help me with the following:
    1) Can I bleach my old clothes & use it? (I suspect those are mold infested)
    2) What about my laptop / laptop bag, and other such costly belongings. How do I clean it & use it?
    3) Food allergies & chemical insensitivities get cured over a period of time? If yes, roughly how much time?
    Because I am intolerant to a wide range of Foods/ Fruits / Vegetables/ Food products / Chemicals / Fragrances....which is making my life miserable.
    4) I don't have energy even after sleeping for more than 12/14 hours every day. How can I start my exercises? In one of your videos you mentioned walking for 10 / 12 hours everyday. I thought it was for a week. But honestly, that would be a fair target for a month. And walking is the only thing that I can start with, Gym is another option but I do not have energy for it at the moment.
    And as you repeatedly mentioned in all your videos/ comments, hiking is the best exercise. But in India that option is not available for me, so trekking would be a better substitute (once I start to get a bit better)?
    Thanks.

    • @TheSpanishGuitarHub
      @TheSpanishGuitarHub  Рік тому +2

      1. You can use borat and vinegar thats better than bleach.
      2. Same with the laptop bags. I would also ozone them.
      3. To be honest I still have food sensitivity and I eat very clean if you are lucky it will go away if not, when you go out always choose the non-processed foods in restaurants. Meat potatoes rise vegetables. Most restaurants have options. I am thinking to start a channel with non-processed food recipes. And now I love how I eat.
      4. When I went for hiking I had no energy at all could not get out of bed. But I decided in my head this is what I need to get better. And it worked. And you can hike or track in India too. Just go for 2 weeks so it will have the time to work on you. Also you will be positively surprised while hiking your food intolerance will be less severe even completely go away.

      @@TheSpanishGuitarHub Hello again!
      You meant Borax + Vinegar? If yes, I am assuming I dissolve borax powder in vinegar & spray it on a laptop bag. And with that solution wipe out surfaces of table / laptop & other things, am I correct?
      I misinterpreted hiking for paragliding or some other mountain sport. Now it's clear to me, it is very much doable. And by the way I did try it on my own, but not that long enough. And I was also in the Moldy environment when I came back home. So maybe it did not have the intended effect. Now it also clears the confusion, that you did NOT mean walking for 12/ 14 hours everyday. You meant hiking for 12/ 14 hours everyday. It means being on a mountain top / windy place exposed to fresh air for 12/ 14 hours, correct?
      Many thanks!
      🙏

    • @TheSpanishGuitarHub
      @TheSpanishGuitarHub  Рік тому +2

      No I meant Borax and vinegar in the washing machine. And hiking or trecking just walking outside is the fresh air for a long period of time for several days weeks but yes it is not going to help if the mold is the issue and you go back to the same environment
