      @TheYumyDelights, thank you for contacting us! Using Dawn Exceptional Raised Donut Base Plain: 1000g Base, 1000g Strong Bread Flour, 1000g Water, 100g Yeast.
      - Mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes slow speed and then approximately 8 - 12 minutes on fast speed as required to ensure the dough is well developed.
      - Dough Temperature 26-28°C.
      - Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
      - Shape as required.
      - Prove at 35-40°C and 60-70%.
      - Relative Humidity for up to 50 minutes.
      - Dry for up to 10 minutes before frying.
      - Fry in good quality shortening at 185- 190°C for 1 minute each side for ring Donuts, 1.5 to 2 minutes each side for ball donuts.

      @@DawnFoodsEurope thank you so much for instructions but can you tell what is Base in the recipe? Sugar ratio to flour for soft fluffy donuts?

    Hello, please how is the diameter of the mold ??

      In the video they use a standard size donut cutter: 7cm or 2 ¾ inch to have a finish product around 9cm to 9.5cm baked.
      You can also use a bigger size: 8cm or 3 inch to have a finish product around 10cm to 11cm.

      What's the average weight of the doughnut for a 7cm doughnut cutter?

      Thank you for contact us @ronaldochua6349. The average weight is in between 38g to 40g when the dough has a thickness of 8mm after lamination. Hope this helps!

    Could you try to make available your mix in a 5 pound or 2kg package, available at Walmart?
    Your 50 pound bag is way too much for us private home cooks. Thanks.
    I'm in the states though not Europe.
