These are more my style and what I can afford. None of that overpriced Scummerlin crap. I live in McNeill on Ashby Ave for 25 years. Love it! See you soon Angel
The house you should at the 3:38 belonged to the family that owned Wenches Donuts in the 80s. We had a lot of fun in that house playing hide and seek as kids in highschool. You could easily get lost in the house so they had framed maps maps in guest rooms and hallway. The backyard was so expensive we had golf carts to get around. Ron, that was their son's name was a cool guy, but very concerned about the people who he was friend's with because his father was old, in his 80s but his mother was in her 40s and was always trying to sleep with his friends.
I am still looking forward to high stepping into town Dave Ramsey style. Unfortunately I am not sure which town that is going to be. My leverage was never the market itself as much as my houses here anyway its nice to be back in the drivers seat. I am looking forward to your monthly update.
I'm so glad a realtor showed these neighborhoods. I'm so tired of videos with the title "5 Best Las Vegas Neighborhoods" and none of the neighborhoods they list are actually in Las Vegas as they talk about Henderson, Summerlin, Centennial Hills and Southern Highlands. Henderson is a completely different city and the rest are suburbs pretty far from the city. The actual city of Las Vegas has some GREAT neighborhoods. It used to be that you left the city to go to the suburbs for the bigger lots and nicer homes. In Vegas...you get much bigger lots and awesome houses in the city instead of the "postage stamp lots" out in the suburbs....especially in Rancho Bel Air, Rancho Circle, Alta area and Scotch 80's. McNeil Estates does not always have the large lots...but I love that neighborhood as well.
Thank you so much! I love all the vintage neighborhoods in Vegas, especially McNeil Estates, Scotch 80's and Glen Heather. I grew up in Vegas and these neighborhoods were where everyone and anyone lived.
We looked at Glen Heather but did not like it as much as McNeil. My wife also liked the "added security" of having the community guard gated, so Rancho Bel Air and Rancho Circle were our top 2 neighborhoods of choice. @@favoritelasvegasrealtor
Check out my list of the top 5 Vintage Neighborhoods in Las Vegas!
I grew up near there. BB king lived there. He was so nice to us. Rancho Bel-Air is nice
That whole area is very nice 👍 thanks for watching!
Rancho Bel-Air is my favorite too
Grew up in McNeil.... ...We left out Paradise Palms! Man, loved my wonderful old 'mid-century' Vegas.
Nice! I think when I did this video I only did the neighborhoods that were close to each other.
Paradise Palms is cool vintage neighborhood...just not in the "Rancho area"

Hey Lionel. We should be doing the market update any day now. I am looking forward to the numbers myself.

@@nemmie007 no the only one that has an HOA is Spanish Oaks
What is the price range in this area in 2024?
I don’t see sidewalks anywhere.
Huh 🤔 not sure if sidewalks were a thing in the 50’s and 60’s
