Cold war between Axis and Japanese faction would be interesting (Man in the High Castle vibes are so strong). Italy decided to leave Axis and make their SPQR history alive again, additionally ruling former CSA territory. The next 3-way war would be inevitable and interesting to watch, please make 2nd part if possible!

Italy splitting off from Germany near the end has definitely made that peace deal look more interesting, especially with North America partitioned between the "Tripartite Pact trio" factions.

Here is a video suggestion: What if America fell apart due to the Great Depression.
Here is what the changes in the world may be:
1. America collapse, There is a New Dixie State, Northeastern state, Great lake state and a mormon state. This will make it interesting as the huge American Giant will be split into smaller but still Powerful states.
2.Return of the Kaiser: The Kaiser returns back to Germany as The Communist and Democrats tried to battle it out(The Nazis weren’t that strong yet), The Catholic majority parts of it revolt and form a new Catholic German Sate with Austria and put the habsburgs in Charge while Kalingrand joins Lithuania.
3.A Orthodox Russia: Stalin grows cocky by seeing the capitalist superpowers fall, he goes back to war communism which deeply upsets the Population. The Orthodox Church was still popular in Russia Secretly so they launch a coup that starts with a civil war.
4. A Democratic Britain: Britain stays the same
5.A military led France:Petain throws the trash government out the window and installs a military dictatorship , Britain allies with China by ceding them Hong Kong and Macau they were the least Authoritarian people in the world then.
6.A papist Italy:Same as Russia
7.A monarchist Portugal:Tensions in Brazil and Portugal break down people brought back the King to restore Glory.
A new Hungary:Hungary expands and gets all its old territory with a bit more and allies with the Papist. Russia allies with the Balkan nations since all of them were Orthodox Christian and take down Turkey

In reality, if the Allies declared war on the USSR in 1939 the Soviets would've just joined the Axis. It's why the DIDN'T do that. Even without that having happened in real life, the Soviets still held formal talks with Germany about joining the Axis in late 1940 and submitted a serious (rather reasonable) proposal which German diplomats liked. Only Hitler's paranoia scuppered it. Plan entailed a Soviet invasion of, and subsequent sphere of influence in, British influenced states and colonies in the Middle East, flanking the Raj & Egypt simultaneously. It would've been GG, game over, for the Allies.

Heres a list of the next things that I imagine happening between the 50's and 70's
New mongol empire is integrated into menguko
Switzerland is pressured into being annexed by the greater german reich
Sweden, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Iran join the axis
Bhutan and Nepal are invaded and integrated into Free India along with Tibet
Italy being massively over extended grant texas and oklahoma to mexico solidifying their alliance and transfers their occupation of England and Ireland to Germany in which the Germans create Ireland, Scotland, and England as new puppet govenments.
A proxy war between Free India, Pakistan, and the German Raj occurs in which the German Raj and Pakistan are swiftly occupied by Free India allowing a unified India to join the EACP once the Germans decide to abandon the conflict
New Mexico is annexed by Mexico with little resistance
Japan begins it's nuclear weapons program from documents secretly stolen from Germany sparking a cold war between the two nations
Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania become German puppets
Germany launches a surprise invasion of Italy in which the south american nations break off and form their own faction
The peace with italy establishes them as a puppet but allows them to keep their lands in the balkans and the Alps, Foix and Algeria are granted back to Vichy France, Mexico is allowed to keep New Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma but is forced to join the Axis, The German and Italian occupied lands in America are reorganized as a new American puppet state with Germany directly controlling Panama, Turkey and Syria are created as German Puppets, Spain and Portugal are established as puppets but are allowed to keep their colonies in Africa, the rest of Africa is divided into German colonial states while jordan-palestine, sinai, and the suez are held directly by Germany (for reasons)
German planted rebels in Ontario cause an Ontarian break away state to be established in which then promptly joins the puppeted German United States
America and Canada unify as the Great Plains Republic and serve as a buffer state between Germany and Japan
From here I imagine the cold war between Japan and Germany would see them try to swing many central, south, and carribean american states into their influence. Germany gets Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Venezuela, Cuba, El Salvador, and Nicaragua while Japan gets Chile, Peru, Equador, Columbia, Costa Rica, Guatamala, Jamaica, Guyana, and Bolivia
