My New Hand Mill and a Brief History of Bread

Hey everyone, welcome to my corner!
In this video I unbox and test out my new WonderMill Junior Deluxe hand mill. I also decided to include a brief cultural history of bread in ancient and medieval Europe... just for funsies! It was a last minute decision so it's a bit rough, but I hope you'll enjoy it nonetheless. If you have any questions, let me know. I left a lot out for time reasons (it's a 40 minute lecture), and I'm happy to answer questions you may have.
