So if we can adapt faster than our customers then we are good. 2. Technology refresh cycle comes in 3-5 years time-frame. 3. People have moved from scale to value, implies: Ticket sizes have come down 4. The past is no indicator of what the future is going to look like, for technology businesses. 5. Monitoring kind of work will get automated in next 2-3 years 6. Effects of automation, juniors will come with technology & huge change in work force itself. Middle management is going to be under threat. 7. "Let me give you 1000 bodies from India", is no more viable business model. You have to sell outcomes which are linked to customer's business value.
