- Our first episode with Charlie and Ryan was so fun we decided to record two parts! This episode we dive into what it was like to plan the biggest wedding of the century, having last minute doubts before proposing, and giving brutally honest style advice. I LOVE hearing that they still attend church and that the ward is so welcoming! That's exactly how it should be. I know we don't have all the answers, but being Christian means it's just our job to love. ♥️ I'm thrilled to hear it. I hope this gets out to more people so they know that we can coincide at church.
Love & Acceptance are two completely different things. If you believe homosexuality is a sin, you aren't loving the person by turning a blind eye to their sin. It would be like accepting an alcoholics lifestyle and saying you are choosing to love them, so you approve of their alcoholism.
I love these guys!!! 😂🤣😂 My father is a Baptist minister and I'm gay... Like gay gay. Lol I got married to try to hide it from my parents and have 3 daughters who are now grown. But I hid who I was foreveeerrrrr! Finally I decided to live life for my happiness. My daughters have my back 1000% and I am so appreciative! I've also been divorced for almost 10 years. I'm very respectful to my parents, but I can't live life to please them and be miserable in my own skin. I'm so much more happy now that I am living for me!

This was like the best podcast I've seen of the Fairly Odd Sisters. The reason is that they open up about the topic of same sex marriage by interviewing Sarah's brother and his husband. By doing this, I believe that they make it easier for people to accept and understand it in a world that may not always easily relate. Being a lesbian myself, I appreciated getting to know that Sarah and Lo are both accepting of same sex relationships. I already love their podcast and UA-cam channels, so this was such a relief for me to know that I am a fan of people who wouldn't reject me for who I am if they ever met me!!! 😊❤
We need a one time a week with this group. The Podcast becomes complete when you four are together.

This was heartwarming and much needed to educate people about this issue! To many younger people need this to feel secure in themselves as individuals. Their love is so strong and spiritual, just like it should be. And I am a 60 year Gigi, living my best life just loving, laughing, and growing younger with my grandson. I just want this world to be a loving accepting place for him to grow up in, without the pressure from hate and ignorance. Y’all continue being good at being blessed! I'm a 6 generation ex-mormon with a gay 38 year old son, who is happily married to his husband . I love you shared that gay relationships are just as committed and connected as heterosexual one. Thank you so much for this 2 part interview! It was wonderful. My oldest sister is gay, and when she came out (I was 14 and she was 23), EVERYONE in my family, immediate and extended, disowned her except me! I don’t have any real reason for being different, but I was cool with it. We lived in different states so it was kind of hard to communicate because that was before cell phones, so I couldn’t call her (it would have shown up in the phone bill), but I had a friend who let my sister mail me letters at her address so I could at least have some contact with her. It took my mom years to come around. I grew up in a really strict religion, and it was drilled in us that “those kind of people” would go to hell!
Thankfully, my mom finally made peace with it somehow.
My sister and I were talking about our family’s dysfunction, and I told her it was really ironic because she has been with her wife for almost 34 years (married when it became legal), and that’s longer than any marriage in any if our family!!!
My mom really came to love my SIL, and I’ve been so happy we got to have some good family time because my mom developed brain cancer and we lost her 24 years ago.
Thank YOU Sarah for loving your brother, and I’m so happy that your family is so supportive of Ryan, and now has embraced Charlie as part of your family! It’s becoming so much more accepted , but it’s still tough for many!!!

I am also LSD. My 34 year old grandson is gay. When you're love grows with your child or a grandchild. Its hard for me to believe I'd let that get in the way because of the how he chooses to live his life. Sarah and Ryan mother said in one of there videos what do you do when your child chooses to be gay her answer was just love them. What a wonderful mother you both have. I agree that we need to talk to our kiddos more about gay people and de-stigmatize them. I hope that more gays in the LDS church get to feel this powerful experience. Because God loves us regardless of what we do in life, we’re truly his children. It’s such a beautiful thing🥹💖
