In this tutorial I will show you how to attach text or callout to any moving objects or persons.

where is animation of call out?

The animation of the callout ( line animation) it’s coming by default when you use that callout text

My problem with this method is that I can't set the start point or duration of the text 😩 I wish we could do this on the edit page.

You could cut your clip is multiple ones to control the duration. Or track only what is needed. Good luck!
