Davinci needs the ability to set and change speed point keyframes in the inspector panel not just under a clip in the timeline. For instance if the inspector panel could have a graph editor to adjust ease in and out curves and the ability to save them as a preset would be a huge bonus.
The biggest thing I think is missing in Davinci Resolve is the TAPER effect for polylines. 🙂 Yes there are workarounds, but it would have been great if there was a dedicated option. Oh yes, another thing, native Text to Path conversion 🙂

Hey Jeremy! Thank you for the preview of this plugin. I wish that Davinci had more options for titles stock... I have been using the boring supplied ones and see where this plugin would up my game.
One thing that I wish davinci had or maybe it does but I'm not aware of it is a stock audio and video data base built in I honestly use filmora for most of my editing becouse of its resources I rarly can't find a free included audio tune to fit a property. And if I can't find a free one I have quick access in softwere to thousands more that cost me only dollers one time not monthly.
Would like to have seen more examples of how you are using the plug ins in your work, and what about FCPX for Mac users. Do you think FCPX is a bit lacking for this kind of work or is it comparable? I have heard that key framing is not quite as good in FCPX.

I would like to see davinci have a more intuitive effects in the audio section for vst plugins. I have used cakewalk after the fact many times in videos just because of its robust audio editing. I get it, davinci is for video, but it would be cool. It isn’t bad, it just isn’t cakewalk. It’s the only gripe I could think of at this point. And I had to rack my brain for it.
davincis transitions don't do it for me at all. most feel like I am watching a public broadcast in the middle of the night. I agree with you on that, I maybe only use 3 or 4 of them
Would love to see Black Magic use the neural engine to analyze and build fusion comps from source video. I've got a back catalog of tons of stuff ever since After Effects was a CoSA product (and I might still have the floppies the application was delivered on). It is just far too much stuff to recreate manually but seeing all the things AI can do with code that would be awesome to have neural fusion generation. If it could convert into HD effects that were created in 640x486 SD video even better.

Great video. For me, I think DaVinci Resolve does not have enough variety for titles and the transitions seem very dated.

The biggest thing missing from davinci is a rebate for the money I have to spend each month on Adobe products I don’t use.
