I believe John Kennedy was the blue eye, because in cut footage from the Man's World music video that was put into the documentary Blue takes his mask off and you can briefly see long black hair. Kennedy in that documentary has long black hair as well, probably never changed his style. So John is blue. By process of elimination, Jay was green.
