Sharing Something Absolutely Amazing!!! (not dollhouse related)

Welcome! Today, I want to share something that is absolutely, amazing, in my opinion!! The back section of my house was built in the 1930s. While peeling some awful, newer, latex, paint, this is what I found! If anyone has any tips for getting this thin coat of plaster like stuff off, please comment below.

Awesome!!! My friend removed as much as she could and left what remained. She then decorated around it. It looked amazing!

Thank you. To be honest, it isn't something I ever would have picked out myself but, I do appreciate it's age and am amazed that it has survived in this good of condition for 80+ years. I am planning on getting as much of the white off as possible and keeping it.
