If during my f1 visa interview i tell visa officer that i m going to work on curricular practical training so can he have doubt that if i dont get part time job under curricular practical training ( legally) so i will work illegally ?? what i can do to make visa officer sure about that i will work legally only ??

As an incoming freshman who has recently completed 12th grade, I am not currently employed or enrolled in any education or training programs. Hence, I am confused about which option to choose: "Not employed" or "Student and provide details of my previous institution." Which option should I select?

I was recently rejected because I'm not staying in my country despite fully stating that I must come back and finish my studies in the country in studying in. I also said I have family in my home country and he denied me saying I lack "social ties" I don't understand that decision honestly.
