Because the bans are mainly based on DUPE modded accounts. There are many level 8000 accounts that are not duplicates. Then when they start playing normally, it is more difficult for Rockstar to spot.
I’m rank 805 .. I’ve been playing since day 1 and 100% legit . I get accused by other players constantly saying it’s modded . I take it as a compliment.

@TGG. I did the Cayo Perico heist 1 time per day for three days straight. Each time I got the pink diamond. Idk if that's the way to get the pink diamond every single time or not. But its worked for me each time. Might be a good video for you to put out.
I'd note that my lobbies often have quite a few level 1000s, because friends joining friends joining friends who have all been working together for the last 2- 3 years. I'm one of them and take no modders in my friends list.
I've played with a full squad since the game came out at least 4 players always doing heists and grinding everything. None of us is even close to breaking 700 yet. And that's playing every heist since release as often as our daily lives allow which is almost everyday doing at least 2 to 3 heists there's absolutely no way without cheats you got above 700. Rockstar even states this is not possible you'd need longer than the games gonna have maintenance and support for just to break 1000.
@@nikolaineverdie7135 heists are good for money, not so much for RP. Just do 10 daily parachute and u rack up 25000 RP, in under 30 minutes. Compare to about 4000 RP for a 1 hour heist. Win a 10 minute 2x or 3x race, 15000 RP easy. So we make a billion through team work, but leveling up is through choosing activity with high RP per minute. Also spin the wheel for 20K RP by aiming for car. So that's how we got there, legit. Rockstar is wrong, they can check my stats. I'm 0.87 KD, my game time and completed activities are all in the stats menu. And based on this I can say it is absolutely correct that there is a ceiling to what can be achieved legitimately, I would put that ceiling at level 3000 for someone who has played efficiently for 10 years. And maybe 7 billion$.

The day I saw the legal notice pop up when signing in I knew they were out to get modders lol I play on pc and honestly, I haven’t been able to play in a public session for a couple of years because modders are either just insta-killing everyone or they make the server crash, so it would actually be nice to be able to play with people who are actually playing the game. It may not work every time depending on what the function of your video is if viewers need to see the entire screen, but for stuff like this it absolutely works!
Their net code is so laughably out-of-date that GTAO has problems I haven't seen in PC gaming since the 90s. With how their game is designed, they have no possible way of policing cheating. So, when you see that they banned a bunch of people, they actually just banned a bunch of random accounts to make people think they were doing something.

I would say the facecam makes more sense to be the whole frame instead of having unrelated gameplay in the background but maybe the quality isn’t good since you primarily use it for streaming. Otherwise fine it is small when what takes up most of the screen is related to what you are talking about.
And with Microsoft lending a hand on the series x/s portion of the ban. I wouldn’t be surprised if RockStar is gonna go after IP addresses next with this ban wave.

There's actually an ai anticheat that's been being used for a few years now, but the company can't say what games use it yet for some kind of legal reason. It's getting there though behind closed doors.
AI moderation on other sites and services at the moment has very shaky reliability. Lots of AI seeing wrongdoing where it hasn’t been done. I’d rather leave it to human eyes. Better discernment.

I was seeing YT ads about accounts for the duplication glitch. Like on almost every video i watched, GTA V or other videos, it was an ad for a GTA online account with all the money and cars and max level. Now i know why i ain't seen one in the last week

MC business suck because if you stay registered as a MC president your businesses get raided regardless of security. Agency Dre contract, acid lab, and bunker are way better than any of the MC business with no risk of annoying missions mid session. Also the night club safe pays $50k every 48 minutes as long as you keep you popularity up. And if you own multiple businesses the nightclub generates passive income without any supplies.

I’m on Series X. Been seeing a lot of level 8000’s around. Almost every lobby. I was even messaged for the first time in game from someone offering to sell modded accounts. I told him to “get reported”, preceded to do so, reported his gamertag as well, then blocked him.
Some guy in a ps5 only lobby, was spawning in modded cars and letting players test them out, i mainly just looked at his collection just incase, turning down that 10B modded cash was rlly hard to do, but seeing the ban wave come by only a couple weeks later, im glad, at least that guy was using his mods in a fun way, still dont know how he had a mod menu on playstation
Some people legitimately have high K/D's though. A lot of players like myself do not do the whole shooting at eachother in the middle of the street bullshit, instead they're camping Snipers & not the cheaters who wear the night vision & shoot people through walls...

@@guitarhole There was a way to glitch yourself into a lobby where it was just you BUT you could still run your businesses years ago, dunno if it still works BUT you had to fix your internet connection to super slow for it to work. This was how a lot of players in the early years of GTA amassed their fortunes. Now they have the invite only lobbies where your able to also run your biz to make it easier. I dunno if I would even recommend GTA5 anyone who has yet to play it at this point because people starting off in the game now are sooo far behind, might as well just wait for GTA6...

Modded Accounts had ruin my experience as a new player , i did not wanted any boost , but happened to get boosted to level 120 when i am level 20, i just want to play the game as it should.
Was taking out level 7000 like nothing 😂 they don’t know how to use the account. Sometimes have to get your mental state a bit higher for the modders I had some in game phone texts asking if I wanted to buy an account.
This ban wave is like how the past few came and went. Probably because Rockstar found players doing exploits and cheating on various circumstances. As someone who's gone legit the past couple years, I very rarely do glitches unless it's something really interesting and worth my time.

Well there no longer level 8000 but now there are some level 800 and 700 that are still doing it mods are all over Xbox now they are usually on around 12:00pm too about 7:00am y I don't know but you should check it out and make a video on it it's getting out of control or maybe it's a glitch but there completely invisible and on thermal they only show up as an orange circle but turn off thermal there invisible
Literally I had a guy who was just off the radar and he’d kill me ten times before I could kill him once and the time I’d get him he’d respawn right behind me. Was the most annoying thing I’ve ever had to deal with but when I did kill him it was kinda an accomplishment since he was a modder than was teleporting off the radar damn near invincible lmao

I've gotten addicted to the casino horse racing glitch. I go to inside track with about $100k in chips and bet the long odds until I either win $250k or run out of chips. If I run out of chips, I just restart via my surge protector... I get worried that they will notice my multiple logins and ban me... Lol but I'm just a level 20 who just started and need more money. I've made about 4 or 5 million doing it though
I would be supriced if they cant do this but they for sure must be able to use some form of search filter by player account lvls. It looks like they are specifically targeting the dupped accounts so some high lvl accounts that is clearly cheated they may just throw aside as they arent looking for them or depending on the support person they may ban those aswell.
When I went to play a stunt race today it told me that some prohibited props were used and you weren’t able to finish the race. It confused me since I’ve played the race about 7 times and only had the message pop up once

Most of the accounts are on xbox consoles and some playstation consoles. I heard that most of the acc bans are happening on xbox exclusively because of the mass amounts of level 7982-8000 ranks. Not to mention, those are MODDED accounts with modded glitched outfits, unlimited money, modded cars (even aircraft vehicles), and a custom name and the accounts all come from different websites that people sell them from for cheap.
As someone who recently lost my 10 year old account with level 495 and 40 million dollars in it all grinded and with no shark cards this is scary. Granted I lost my account because my Microsoft email got hacked and Microsoft basically shut it down and made me lose everything attached to it but I can't imagine rocketstar themselves being the reason I lose everything. They already suck at monitoring their games so I can't imagine 100% of these bans are justified. I feel like with how sloppy they are they probably banned some innocent players too. However if they are banning those bar code name try hards than more power to them. Same with duplicated accounts. I know some people aren't griefers and just want to have all the money but honestly thats still cheating and goes against the very spirit and purpose of the game. The whole point of the game is earning money and building your criminal empire from the ground up so I don't exactly feel bad about those people getting booted cause its not like they are losing anything they actually worked for.

@@vinewood8295 tbh I have kind of gotten over it and learned to have fun with the fresh start. With that 10 year old GTA character there was no real focus. With this new character I can actually decide what kind of character he is and now that I know what all the businesses do and what I enjoy , I can basically give my character a real story. I started with acid lab stuff then made enough to buy an auto shop then a chop shop , arcade and now a higher club and mc clubhouse. basically my main thing is my character is a mechanic when it comes to legitimate business but of course underneath it all I own a heist operation and coke and acid labs. I'm already level 97 and have about 20 milion and the GTA plus benefits are making it so that I'm at least getting amazing vehicles for free so that helps me get over all the cars I lost on my last account.

I am so happy they finally took action. I attend a lot of car meets to buy and trade cars, but I made my money legit so it was so frustrating seeing these kids with infinite money going around and buying any car like nothing. And the lobbies are now so "clean". I definitely noticed this yesterday.

Great! Avoid cheating or exploiting money glitches. I got reset once for exploiting a money glitch, unaware of their reset or ban policy, but I certainly learned my lesson.
I’ve had my modded account for 10 years now. had my personal account modded on ps3 and brought it to ps4. However when I transferred from ps4 to ps5 I was hit with a “rockstar has edited your inventory” and it was put to level 120 (I was level 5000 before) but still kept all money and belongings
I consistently get lobbies with less than five other players on PS5 after the bans started. There must really have been a lot of players that got banned or got scared to play.
Some high level players have low K/D ratios because they don't allow themselves to be caught up in nonsense. Just because some random guy kills you doesn't mean you have to stop what you were doing to pursue him/her. Some people just ignore these minor inconveniences and get on with what they were already doing. This might lead to a "bad" K/D ratio but who TF cares.....cool channel, nice vid!

I would say the facecam makes more sense to be the whole frame instead of having unrelated gameplay in the background but maybe the quality isn’t good since you primarily use it for streaming. Otherwise fine it is small when what takes up most of the screen is related to what you are talking about.
And with Microsoft lending a hand on the series x/s portion of the ban. I wouldn’t be surprised if RockStar is gonna go after IP addresses next with this ban wave.

I can't understand how Rockstar isn't banning people over lvl 2000, even if you had no life and played all day every day there's no possible way. Especially when players have KD ratios that are more than 3 digits
Up until about mid last year I would almost always be the highest lvl in session at 1800, but then out of nowhere the 7984s infected the servers.
It was satisfying griefing those that paid for modded accounts.

MC business suck because if you stay registered as a MC president your businesses get raided regardless of security. Agency Dre contract, acid lab, and bunker are way better than any of the MC business with no risk of annoying missions mid session. Also the night club safe pays $50k every 48 minutes as long as you keep you popularity up. And if you own multiple businesses the nightclub generates passive income without any supplies.

Think about it, you start off at K/D 100% when you start playing then as your killed more & more and kill others less & less, that's why your K/D go's down. Most of the ppl playing this game are impatient players with no time for sniping, they just run around in the streets facing off against others taking turns killing each other BUT a patient player who likes to kill without being killed will lie in wait hiding & jumping from session to session sniping ppl...

@@guitarhole There was a way to glitch yourself into a lobby where it was just you BUT you could still run your businesses years ago, dunno if it still works BUT you had to fix your internet connection to super slow for it to work. This was how a lot of players in the early years of GTA amassed their fortunes. Now they have the invite only lobbies where your able to also run your biz to make it easier. I dunno if I would even recommend GTA5 anyone who has yet to play it at this point because people starting off in the game now are sooo far behind, might as well just wait for GTA6...

Modded Accounts had ruin my experience as a new player , i did not wanted any boost , but happened to get boosted to level 120 when i am level 20, i just want to play the game as it should.

This ban wave is like how the past few came and went. Probably because Rockstar found players doing exploits and cheating on various circumstances. As someone who's gone legit the past couple years, I very rarely do glitches unless it's something really interesting and worth my time.

Even if you’ve done car duplication or heist replay glitches, outfit merges, this ban wave will not affect you. Literally I had a guy who was just off the radar and he’d kill me ten times before I could kill him once and the time I’d get him he’d respawn right behind me. Was the most annoying thing I’ve ever had to deal with but when I did kill him it was kinda an accomplishment since he was a modder than was teleporting off the radar damn near invincible lmao
Not to mention he’d take out my Duke of death with one explosion, I usually can take several more than that so instantly I knew something was up
Job warping isn't teleporting. It's just traveling to a job and then backing out and it takes you to that part of the map.
Don't buy a modded account, you need to send all that money to rockstar for shark cards instead.

I've gotten addicted to the casino horse racing glitch. I go to inside track with about $100k in chips and bet the long odds until I either win $250k or run out of chips. If I run out of chips, I just restart via my surge protector... I get worried that they will notice my multiple logins and ban me... Lol but I'm just a level 20 who just started and need more money. I've made about 4 or 5 million doing it though

It looks like they are specifically targeting the dupped accounts so some high lvl accounts that is clearly cheated they may just throw aside as they arent looking for them or depending on the support person they may ban those aswell.

When I went to play a stunt race today it told me that some prohibited props were used and you weren’t able to finish the race. It confused me since I’ve played the race about 7 times and only had the message pop up once

I only bought a modded account a few months ago since i hadn’t played in years and didn’t feel like grinding when gta 6 comes out next year.
Most of the accounts are on xbox consoles and some playstation consoles. I heard that most of the acc bans are happening on xbox exclusively because of the mass amounts of level 7982-8000 ranks. Not to mention, those are MODDED accounts with modded glitched outfits, unlimited money, modded cars (even aircraft vehicles), and a custom name and the accounts all come from different websites that people sell them from for cheap.

As someone who recently lost my 10 year old account with level 495 and 40 million dollars in it all grinded and with no shark cards this is scary. Granted I lost my account because my Microsoft email got hacked and Microsoft basically shut it down and made me lose everything attached to it but I can't imagine rocketstar themselves being the reason I lose everything. They already suck at monitoring their games so I can't imagine 100% of these bans are justified. I feel like with how sloppy they are they probably banned some innocent players too. However if they are banning those bar code name try hards than more power to them. Same with duplicated accounts. I know some people aren't griefers and just want to have all the money but honestly thats still cheating and goes against the very spirit and purpose of the game. The whole point of the game is earning money and building your criminal empire from the ground up so I don't exactly feel bad about those people getting booted cause its not like they are losing anything they actually worked for.

@@vinewood8295 tbh I have kind of gotten over it and learned to have fun with the fresh start. With that 10 year old GTA character there was no real focus. With this new character I can actually decide what kind of character he is and now that I know what all the businesses do and what I enjoy , I can basically give my character a real story. I started with acid lab stuff then made enough to buy an auto shop then a chop shop , arcade and now a higher club and mc clubhouse. basically my main thing is my character is a mechanic when it comes to legitimate business but of course underneath it all I own a heist operation and coke and acid labs. I'm already level 97 and have about 20 milion and the GTA plus benefits are making it so that I'm at least getting amazing vehicles for free so that helps me get over all the cars I lost on my last account.

Not sure if mods change nightclub income but you can let the businesses run out of supplies and the nightclub still generates money.

I’ve had my modded account for 10 years now. had my personal account modded on ps3 and brought it to ps4. However when I transferred from ps4 to ps5 I was hit with a “rockstar has edited your inventory” and it was put to level 120 (I was level 5000 before) but still kept all money and belongings
I consistently get lobbies with less than five other players on PS5 after the bans started. There must really have been a lot of players that got banned or got scared to play.
Some high level players have low K/D ratios because they don't allow themselves to be caught up in nonsense. Just because some random guy kills you doesn't mean you have to stop what you were doing to pursue him/her. Some people just ignore these minor inconveniences and get on with what they were already doing. This might lead to a "bad" K/D ratio but who TF cares.....cool channel, nice vid!
