It's a scam. It works for a while but then your score doesn't get updated anymore even if you keep learning and collecting points. This makes so you don't get the prices that would make you progress into the course. And useless to write to customer care, nobody ever answers. Sad because i liked it a lot.
Their computer program they use will keep freezing and stop working. It simply doesn’t work, and they either will not fix it, and will provide no backup or help. It’s better not to waste your money on this company. I have found them absolutely useless. Avoid.. avoid and avoid. Don’t waste your money.
You should be ashamed of promoting this product, it's a scam, you don't pay your affiliates a lot of people have been complaining that they promote your product but you never give them their commissions. You are on UA-cam promoting your product when you have scammed a lot of people in your affiliate program.
I wanted to like the product. But within 5 minutes of the free trial I saw incorrect translations. These are basic words (man, woman) and I have no idea how anyone would get this wrong, let alone with a product that costs this much. If you’re messing up basic level words what are the odds the more advanced vocabulary will be correct? I was ready to pay for this and guess I’m glad I got to experience the quality now vs regretting it later.

I canceled my course within a week because it did not meet up with my wishes and I filled out the form. No refund. Filled out the form again and tried to contact the company. No succes. Quality is poor, customer service is non exitend. This is a SCAM!
Yes… this is a scam. You should not use these people. You simply cannot get help.. they never assist email questions. Save your money and no to a reputable company. I say they are a racket.. a bunch of scammers.
ARNAQUE, Apprendre une longue file de mots volontairement similaires n'a jamais été une méthode d'apprentissage efficace. 5 mois que j'apprends une langue (ma 6ème), nous n'avons pas encore abordé la création de phrase, Car apprendre des mots qui plus ai sont identiques à une lettre près ou font partie du même contexte, N'a jamais été une méthode pour apprendre une langue ! En plus le site plante tout le temps, même si vous voulez apprendre des mots nouveaux tous les jours, Le site est régulièrement planté ! UNE HONTE !!!

SCAM I was part of your affiliate program, spent months promoting your courses, and never got paid. I don't want anyone to buy products from scammers.
