Im female, i drank 1.25 litre bottle of Jim Beam a day for about the last 4 year's of my drinking, was insain. I left my husband and got sober 16 years ago and he died 2 years ago of cirrhosis of the liver at 47, he looked 65 when be died. This disease is no joke, it will kill you, he was a beautiful, gentle man but didn't want to stop.
It’s a horrendous disease and there are very few restrictions on its sale & use its killing thousands …every week ..we all need to work together on the campaign to get sober & stay sober.

@@stevencurry215 my experience is maybe not the same. Would say I’m a total binge drinker. Will go 2/3 weeks no drinking at all, but will then go out and get blackout drunk. Then wake up and deal with the consequences. Often massive anxiety, looking at texts and people I’ve called, apologies being sent out. Don’t seem to have an off switch.
