college finals VLOG (summer 2022) 🌟📑 psych and pediatrics

shshsh did not expect to not post for two months but here we are...
it's been a couple of dull finals months but i'm not complaining since it's because of them that i can say i'm a senior med student!! :D some things are just necessary for us to go through...
in this vlog, you will see: my last days of internship as a fifth year, starting finals studying at home, ollie's birthday, transition to studying out and about, lisbon in scorching heat, and going through two exams- psychiatry and pediatrics.
i think the biggest thing i was trying to find throughout this vlog is finding my rhythm and a routine i felt most comfortable in for a study marathon. i tried to include things that made me feel happy, but mostly my life stopped and all my brain thought of was how stressful the whole situation is, which the sleep deprivation didn't help with.
i tried my best, and overall, i'm proud of how i did and handled the situation!
but anyhow, this is part one of the finals vlogs since i had three other exams :)
here goes a brain dump/several silly complaints: the more i went without posting, the more back-logged footage i had (since i can't seem to never not film) until i quite literally had hundreds of video clips to go through. also the more i went without posting, the more insecure i felt about posting, or maybe spending so much time in one video built up my expectations for it... or all combined... resulted in a progressing need to tweak and tweak.. not good.
at the end of the day, it's only me and my ordinary study life T_T and i need to curb my perfectionism! apologies if there are any typos or mistakes i missed and i hope u enjoy this one 💗✨📑 i'm sending this out so that it can give someone some motivation or hope. and wherever you are in the world right now, i hope things are going well. i know it's difficult to keep going sometimes but it's going to be worth it!
as of the time i'm typing this, i've been thoroughly enjoying my time off :-DD

it feels really good to do nothing uni-related, spend time with family, swim in the ocean !!!, do outdoors stuff i never get to do sitting at my desk. not to mention, edit videos for u.
i wanted to thank deeply everyone who messaged me in these two months, or reached out in some way to let me know they were thinking of me. it meant the world to me, it made my day every single time. and as you can see, there's not a day you weren't with me. 💗

It’s amazing how you can read books even with final exams 🥲 I literally stopped reading books when I went to uni and just rekindled my love for it when I graduated 😅

Oh, you're so hardworking! Keep healthy and wish you good luck. As a Chinese high school student study is also the main part of my life, but I find it so boring. The excitement of learning new knowledge has faded, and only the uni entrance exam is waiting for me. But that's just a meaningful point of my meaningless life, and it's not enough to motivate me at all, so I nearly lost all my passion for studying.
