- hello friends! welcome bacc to a little recap of moments between october and november - all footage i thought wouldn't go exactly well apart, so i decided to post this even if in a longer video. it does have more chats than usual, so that's partly why! a lot of new changes and frustrations were coming up.
i talk a little about how i cope with my mental health and starting fresh in the internal medicine rotation. ive also adapted a new routine of running, but still fall back into my habits of lingering around the city working sometimes until dinner. i hope you enjoy!! despite all challenges, i've been having a very cozy time, seeing the world turn brown and cold has been makes me very grateful. :)

as my therapist told me two weeks ago, you need to try to enjoy everything you do, go light a candle, put on some music or decorate your space just so you can remember to enjoy every moment. that way life won't seem so stressing. im on exam week so it is difficult but i just say that to myself, i have to enjoy this!! and then i feel relieved

Finally, a New Vlog🩷 at stressful times some selfcare is very important ... please take good care of yourself!! 🌷 what i also wanted to say is that I am working as a qualified medical employee in a doctors office with two different doctors... when I first started, I was very stressed and scared too (scared of failure...) , but with time and a lot of practice, it got better !!! Im sorry to hear that you're experiencing frustration with your studying. A tool which I've found recently to help reduce stress in relation to my note taking has been the Jamworks app. It records the important parts of my lectures and then transcribes it into a written format so I don't have to type everything up manually. I enjoy using the AI summary feature to get an easy understanding of the topic and it has saved me a lot of time in my note taking process and helped to reduce my frustration so I would definitely suggest you give it a try and I hope things get easier for you soon xx

19:14 Last may, i felt like I was not gonna get through ,and thought about giving up nursing school everyday for 3 week, I call them 3 weeks of torture. i spent those days sleeping for 16+ hours just to escape my thoughts . and whenever I wake up I start crying and overthink. food had not taste and I was forced by my family to drink water ! though it was fasting month for us but i didn’t feel hunger, thirst or any feeling other than failure.
The only thing I was looking after was my meds cause, I knew that they would make me fall a sleep .
Now after 6 months , I’m not using any meds and I care less about my grades and what others expectefrom me( which I was supposed to do from the beginning)! Wishing all the best to everyone in the medical field ❣️❣️❣️❣️
you are so strong and i'm so proud of you!!! ❤🩹 the medical field is such a tough place, emotionally, physically to work in. the expectations, the heavy workload, the emotional baggage. it's so much. now you know a bit more about yourself and that u can do so much introspection and self work even in the darkest of places. and have a bit more kindness for yourself, you should be so freaking proud. i'm so glad you feel in a better spot right now!

ah good question! i think maybe i would prefer a smaller 13' laptop, so carrying around is easier, and then at home having a nicer larger monitor in my desktop :3 💌
