In this video we serviced one of my subscriber's Honda Accord, changed its brake pads, both front and rear. We also fixed its AC, Power window and Steering Pump which had oil leakage issue.

Uneven brake pad wear is usually stuck or frozen caliper slider pins. You need special grease for lubing the. slider pins. A glycol soap based grease. No petroleum based greas or it will eat out the the rubber boots
its a legendary K24 motor, never knew honda made accord with this engine.

I always think it’s a good idea to use a funnel while pouring engine oil so that no oil is spilled during the process. Minor thing but it makes a difference.

I have honda accord from 2010. Using it everyday. Same pump issue i had. Replaced O rings from Honda center and it worked all fine. As per them it is a very common problem.
O ring can only be replaced if it was leaking from pipe connector.

First of all..I am a big fan of this channel and I like the way work is done with all transperant way.
In this video, I didn't like the way engin oil was changed. No funnel used, oil drain not shown,
Oil was already drained before I reached garage. Just like air filter was also already changed.

I have Accord 08 and I never use 5w30 oil.
Always try to find 5w20 or if not available 0w20.
May I know sir why thin oil is using in heavy engine and what happen if I put 20w 50 on Accord or crv?
@@ganeshrajrv4700 5w20 is the recommended one. Thicker oil will not flow and will cause issues. You can go for 5w30 but full synthetic.

Kam bhut accha ha but if is it possible car ko applog apni taraf sa wash bhe krdiya kro atleast lagta ha ke proper kam hua like apne jase radiator clean uassi ke sath app engine and car wash kr sakte toh or jada accha hote. But it's good bhot kam log ha jo honda ke car kd proper kam kr pate ha.

Sir I have a problem with my elite i20 2017 model. From many days I am facing a squeak noise from rear left suspension. I have greased all the joints twice. After greasing it stops for 1 week and then starts once again. Can you help me with the issue? And one thing the sound is only coming if anyone sitting in rear left side.

OEM won't be available... Though OEM rack of Accord would be near to 1lac and OEM steering pump would be approx 40k

I have a same Accord with around 2 Lakh kilometres on the odo. The car is in mint condition and is still running amazing! The steering rack and the pump have always been a trouble to me. My rack has been repaired twice and now I’m looking for some stable resolution as I wish to drive my car for other 2 lakh kilometres.
Please share your thoughts on the same!
@@abhijeetsingh1429 have a 7th gen accord ... You do get parts but they ar le super expensive esp the rack replacement
Can look at salvage parts if In good conditon did the same for my accord a year back works like a dream

We used hammer to loosen it up... Coz it was not going by rotating

New pump cost is prohibitive. Old can be repaired ro run like nee
