Justin's love of music and years of discipline inspire me. One of my best friends growing up is blind, she's an accomplished musician/vocalist. I look back and wish I had been disciplined when I had the opportunity. But, like Justin says, there's gratification even at the lowest level, like when he reached up and plunked the keys for the first time. I'm very glad he followed through, I love his sound, and I hear his heart in it.
"I want to like what my sound is" -- exactly, your own worst critic, your own best fan. It's your music, what else is there? I like your sound, thanks for being true to yourself.
