Loved the video!💕 Just started my comic book collection and found Toon Haven. They offer a huge variety of digital comics for every genre, and lifetime updates too!😍
I always loved the DC 1950s-60s series focused on non-super-powered groups thrown into wild fantasy and SF, like Blackhawk, Challengers, Sea Devils, Rip Hunter. Seeing videos from other people who enjoy them as well always makes flipping through the old covers more fun. Had a lot of the later ones which I sold in the last year, but kept(for now) my 24 ten centers just to enjoy memories of the older days of comics.
Great bunch of comics Dave, particularly the Blackhawks. I try to do the majority of my comic book purchases in person so I very very rarely have the opportunity to get those earlier issues. Instead I go for early Tomahawks. 😅Needless to say, that’s as fruitless as Blackhawk and I can go months and months without seeing one in crap condition, let alone fine or better. I keep being told no one wants them but I say no one has them…
Fantastic stack of books Dave ! Love the Blackhawks! Dick Dillin is one of my all time favorites and doesn’t get near enough appreciation for all the work he did. Big fan of the Space War title and all the sci fi books from that era. Can’t go wrong with Lois and Jimmy.. Such great covers by the Curts /Kurts and fun stories inside. Thanks for sharing 😊

I am so far behind, it is always a revelation when I pick out a box to put on CLZ. Some really nice looking Blackhawks. James Gunn needs to get them in the new DCU.
Joe, thanks for watching and commenting. I use the CLZ app myself. But I probably have about 85% of my stuff to input. I don't see inputting all my books until I retire, which hopefully will be in a few years.

Higgy, thanks for stopping by and commenting. Yeah, I basically ignored Blackhawk until about five years ago or so. Not sure why? I've got a number of them during the Crandell/Dillin run, but I still have a number of them to go. Not sure I will be able to put the run together. As you know, early copies in the run can be quite pricey.
