I remember being in the stands at Leicester right in line with Woods shot and knew it was going in as soon as it left his right foot. Lots of travelling but happy days to be an Ipswich supporter

Yes, 3rd replay af Gilbert Street Leicester, I went. Played on a Thursday, the 2nd replay had been on the Tuesday if I've got it right. Sat in the Stands opposite the halfway line. Pretty ugly scenes even there at full time.

Duncan McKenzie equalised in the 90th minute , went to filbert street for the 3rd replay I was 15 and met my brother in law who was a Coventry city supporter he lived in the midlands , could hear it kicking off after the game but it was dark and never saw anything . By the way my in laws live in Mulbarton 👍

oh the memories, was a school night my dad made to go to bed, I woke up to clive woods winning goal. was a world beater that day in the playground!
