What Tiger said was telling regard the negotiations. He said everything is moving forward and progressing but he said it was being done with phone calls and emails with people from both sides giving ideas. Really? You call that serious negotiations? No wonder it’s taking so long. How about setting a week together face to face to hammer out the differences and come to compromise and conclusion. It seems the negotiations is a daily event of small steps which by design is dragging out with no urgency to come to a conclusion.
