As a Japanese I really appreciate you creating these beautiful videos. I used to live in outside of Japan, and watching your videos made me to realize the beauty of my home country during those time. Since I have come back to Japan, I’m planning to visit the place you’ve introduced.
You're the same person from 2 years ago, when I started watching your videos. The simple yet calming videos of yours have always made me feel at home... Thank you Hannah..
Rivers in Japan are so tempting to dip in. Furthermore, Summer, with semi endlessly buzzing. Any matsuri there? That drone speed shot... futuristic. Great vid, Hannah. Stay safe & hydrated.
Yes the rivers are absolutely gorgeous. They really remind me of and feel equal to that of the rivers here in Europe. They remind me of the babbling streams and rivers in England and Wales with how they move overThe rocks, sand and moss under the trees with the beautiful lush greenery. The only difference is that in England we are used to hearing pigeons and birds of all kinds, whilst it seems in Japan you are more used to hearing a mix of sunbirds, with a lot of cicadas and other insects. Apparently though, in England many decades ago, this also would’ve been considered more normal, but our big population has apparently summit over the over the decades to the point that we don’t even remember it being any other way anymore. Japan is more like how it once was, plus cicadas. LOL I so long to visit someday and experience this in person.
Everything you show is always so beautiful! Good job on the camera work and post production, also good job Japan for having beautiful places that you can share with all of us :)
This is so interesting. If you do have the time, yes please do videos from Australia when you go home - but you are allowed a holiday, so don't do any if you are too busy! Also, it was great to see your little dog companion again. He is so cute.
Thank you for this travel vlog. Japan is such a beautiful country. Your videos are our way of experiencing the land, the culture and your adventures. Thank you.
Khalilah, I see you everywhere I go. It seems we watch the same types of videos. Just wishing you happiness because you seem like a very sweet person. All of your comments under travel and study videos are just so nice and encouraging. I hope you do get to visit Japan, since I am moving there as well. I hope you get to visit the beautiful Japan; it is truly a country like no others.
It feels like a dream for me, just out of reach, every time I see a video online. I had also planned to go and visit next year. At least my parents had planned to. When I had started university, the plan was originally for my parents to take me there as a graduation present after sorting everything out with enough money, but I think Covid, and all of life’s distractions have made them forget about that. Now with life suddenly coming at me like a fast moving train, I have no idea when I will finally be able to visit this beautiful land. Still though, it is my goal eventually, and I hope to make it reality, more than once.
Living in the landlocked Sonoran Desert I’m always absolutely in love with any video you put out that involves water. Honestly I can’t wait for the day I get to go to Japan.
When a large earthquake occurs in NZ, it seems that there are many patterns in which a huge earthquake occurs in Japan after a while. I feel that NZ and Japan are connected in terms of nature.,
My daugher just spent 5 months home from Japan... 5 months of catch up & just hanging out.. it was soo good... She went home 2 weeks ago.. She left cold Canberra to head back to Hot Tokyo....
Yeeeeeeeeeah ! Another beautiful, amazing, awesome and energy charging video 😊 love it, waterfalls and mountain rivers are so calming and absolutely 💯 amazing
I love your videos, you make look Japan such a great country. I definitely want to visit it because of you. I like your style of video-editing. Inspired me to do as well videos. Thanks!
Definitely need to make at least a short VLOG video in Brissy Hannah! Happy faces when you able to see the family will warm lots of viewer's heart. Just what everyone need! 👍
Thanks for sharing Hannah, 👸🌹I enjoy seeing Japan through the eyes of an Aussy.🗾 Love the walks and hikes in the countryside. 🏞Andy is very cute.🐶 Have an amazing time in Australia!🏖 Cheers 🍧🍧🤠
The town at the beginning is Samegai, my wife grew up there 😀, lovely place, incredible water. Btw, the algae looking plants that grow underwater are a characteristic of this place, as they are incredibly rare as they only grow in very clean waters.
Hi ! really enjoying your videos as we prepare to potentially relocate to japan for work. Would you please share more about dogs in japan ? what it is like , what is ok and not ok vs other cultures etc . Maybe a future video idea >>??? Thanks Hannah !
It's funny you mentioned Brissy winters being like spring in Japan. All my Queenslander friends and family have been complaining about how cold it is this year. 😂 But it is probably back to normal now - thongs and tees. 😀 I love these Life in Japan videos (and videos like the last one as well). You've nailed just about every part of the video making process and have developed your own style. It really is quite inspiring. Thank you!
Haha yeah I heard my friends complaining a bit too but when I’d check the forecast it was like 11degrees at the minimum 😅 In comparison to the rest of the year in Brisbane, that is very cold so I understand the complaints, but after winter in Japan I now know how much worse it could be lmao
Hi Hannah, it's so wonderful to see you and Chris together, is Chris able to go with you back to Australia or does he have work commitments? The scenery is so pristine and breathtaking, thank you so much for showing it to us 😃
I've found your channel like a year ago, because of the influencer parody video. Never though I'd enjoy sooooo much a -kind- of weekly video of anyone. Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful and closer look to your life there in Japan, Hannah! I've already dreamed about visiting there since a child, and now I'm more and more confident about the idea of going there soon! By the way, some videos there in Australia would be well recieved here! ✨
Amazing to think how far you've come from your first videos to now. So excited to hear about your trip to Taiwan, and all the new things you can do now you're full time 👍❤️👍
Amazing to hear you are finally going home! Tough to be away for so long... but I'd like to see Aus as well! After all, you're a full-time youtuber now! Haha
Yeah that whopper has been around for a couple years. It's pretty good and I love meat. I am just blown away with how Japan makes all these great pedestrian walkways and bridges for these hikes.
Would love to see at least 1 video (more are welcome) from back home in AUS 🦘. The sprinkling of salty language in this vid was a nice side of you to see. That 🍔did look good.
Your videos are so inspiring and beautiful!! Because of you I’ve decided to do a week long hiking trip for my next Japan visit! You’ve motivated me to do more hiking in general and I’m lucky since I live in a hiking country:) If you or some of the viewers here, ever come to Austria and need some tips, let me know :)
Finally someone riding a skateboard. Yeah Chris! But then I’m sure he’s not allowed to ride it everywhere. So the plant based burger has finally made it to your neck of the woods, eh? Just about every fast food place now has one on their menu! So as time goes by it’s gonna be more mainstream and available in a variety of dishes/plates/creations. Wow, how I enjoy the unique terrain of the places you visit in Japan. It might be out in the wilderness, but they maintain its natural beauty while adding the ability to get around the areas easily, as well as not harming the environment. It has a clean polished appearance, in contrast how things are here in the US with its rustic frontier look. The water ways through large rock canyons are fascinating. It’s not something I’ve seen much of before if ever. Enjoy your visit back home.
Wow, love these water colors! ♥️ I would to suggest one place, when you came back maybe you can visit, 長野県阿智村星空. Have you ever heard about it? Best 星空 everrr ( if you catch a good clean night sky). Hope you like it. Have a safe trip back home! ☺️
Interesting, at the 5:00 minute mark you have the exact ikea shelves I have and the exact cube box I was thinking of getting to spruce them up... haha thanks for confirming my theory of would look good
Would be so cool to see you do the same style hiking videos but in the Glass House mountains or something - I always wonder how Brisbane and surrounds would seem in a "tourist" POV.
I watched your this video by chance I didn’t expect I could see my hometown Taisho It made me very supposed I haven’t backed home for long time So, I feel like very nostalgic and happy Also I’m in SA of Australia :) Please have a good days in Japan and Taisho
I really hope I'll be able to go back to Japan next year, I miss it so much! They can't open those borders soon enough. I might have missed it, but what was the first waterfall you went to called? I'd love to visit, it looks absolutely gorgeous there and I really want to do more hiking in Japan now that I've already explored the other major areas already.

i'll never get tired of seeing those rivers and gorges, they look amazing.
That forest at the end was magnificent. The colour of that water is just magical. And that shot at 14:06 is just stunning! Thank you for sharing.
As a Japanese I really appreciate you creating these beautiful videos. I used to live in outside of Japan, and watching your videos made me to realize the beauty of my home country during those time. Since I have come back to Japan, I’m planning to visit the place you’ve introduced.
Oh that’s so lovely to hear 🥰 I hope you enjoy them! I should do some travelling in Australia too 😅

That drone speed shot... futuristic. Great vid, Hannah.
Stay safe & hydrated.
Those beautiful turquoise rivers are usually glacier water and ice cold, I learned that one the hard way xD
Yes the rivers are absolutely gorgeous. They really remind me of and feel equal to that of the rivers here in Europe. That water is so crystal clear!
This is so interesting. If you do have the time, yes please do videos from Australia when you go home - but you are allowed a holiday, so don't do any if you are too busy! Also, it was great to see your little dog companion again. He is so cute.
I love the water fall bridges.
Just brings a smile to my face watching Chris & the kid vibing to music!
Thank you for this travel vlog. Japan is such a beautiful country. Your videos are our way of experiencing the land, the culture and your adventures. Thank you.

whoa, older videos by you that I saved for later during my vacation and then forgot about! what a treat!
Living in the landlocked Sonoran Desert I’m always absolutely in love with any video you put out that involves water. Honestly I can’t wait for the day I get to go to Japan.
I hope you are able to visit in person someday soon enough. It is my dream as well someday, if not to even try living there.
A hiking video in Australia would be awesome, Hannah, but only if you find time for it. I’ll enjoy any video you will put out. So excited for you! ❤️
Finally another video! I love your videos Hannah! keep it going
That little town where you filled up the water jug is so beautiful! 😍😍
It brings me so much peace to know that places with water that clean still exist!
Can't wait to see you are here! Welcome to visit TAIWAN!!
So nice that there are natural springs for you to refill your bottles!
