Whether Ast depends on effective length or not. If it depends give reason. If it not then why we do (Ast / no. of Curtailed bars) ( i mean if 4 bars are curtailed among 6 then we do Ast / 4 )what's the reason. That's why I asked solve any problem on curtailment.
