What happens when you visit the mausoleum?
Remains to be seen...
Please sir, I want some more.
Ok, I like that one haha. Plenty to see next week!!! Remains and all!
The stone work and layering of the foam is impressive! That is amazing crypt.
Thank you Scott. So much fun working with Gerard and learning his style of crafting. Painting it was a blast and I can't wait to show it off in next week's video!
The crypt looks amazing, I can’t wait to see how you paint it. Thank you for your content.
Thanks for watching! I'll say this... it looks pretty cool painted :) Video out next week !
The man freehand cuts curves that well?!? Legend...
He is!
I really need to figure out how Gerard does that stone texturing with a pencil, it is amazing
I show it off in the video tomorrow. It's a great technique that really quite calming :)
Perhaps it's editing, but it looks like he does a LOT of freehand work! Nice results!
He definitely does a lot of freehand work.
It looks stunning.
I can't use it in tabletop gaming though. I need removable roof.
Thank you ! Also...the roof comes off... we show it in the video :)
Can’t wait to see the final results from both of you! ❤😊❤
Thank you :) Next Friday it will be out !
@@TabletopWitchCRAFTlooking forward to seeing the episode 😊
Allways a Happening to see your Tutorials but Gerard is the Cherry on Top👍👍👍Amazing like everytime 👏👏👌👌👍👍👍😍
Right on, I really appreciate that !
Wow Gerard is a beast with that proxxon, cutting free hand all those curves
Yeah he is!
He might be the hot wire king, but watching him free-hand those bevels with a knife is also something to behold.
Oh yeah, for sure! You can correct a lot as well with the hand sander with your free hand cuts!
I like how you say to carry on with the project if you have some uneven cuts and whatnot. One time I was doing small chests and free-hand cut the rounded lid. They were really quite off, but it was my first time doing them so I decided to keep on crafting to maybe learn something along the way (even if just more mistakes to avoid).
In the end they turned out really good, and after texturing you can't really see the unevenness, unless you look really close. Also, it kinda adds to it actually, as those things were not made with laser precision.
So it's good to keep on crafting regardless of mistakes. Worst case scenario, you'll learn things on the first try, so you can make it right the second time - instead of learning one thing at a time and re-doing the build several times.
Thanks for sharing that :)
Gerard to John: Take good care of it.
The patreons who hang out with John on Discord: Yeah, we know what you had to do to it John! (Don't worry, we'll keep your secret...though everyone will know next video :P )
LOL... shhhhh... hahaha.... You can still recognize it :)
Would love to just watch vid of his texturing techniques of the different stonework! Very nice!
Great to know... I might just do that :)
Love the bild. Just hate listening to my fellow native Dutch speakers butchering English.
Really curious about that hobby mat that makes a brief appearance starting at 4:16 (ua-cam.com/video/fmQnyH0ZuOM/v-deo.html). Where can I find one of those?
It's from Green Stuff World.
Another great episode for this awesome series. thanks for sharing!🤘🏻🤩
Thanks for watching!
I now have a new favorite Tabletop Witchcraft video! What an awesome build! New techniques, encouragement, inspiration… couldn’t ask for a more satisfying video. - Rick
Right on Rick!
Watching how good Gerard is make anyone else want to rage quit 😂😂. I’m kidding. He is amazing. It’s a joy watching him work!!
haha... he works quick !
Heh.. Gerard is kinda crazy when he's crafting: Blinkers on and he just goes. Seen it at one of his workshops. Love the result. The two of you fit really well together in having different skills that complement each other.
Well thank you :) I really appreciate that. I was really looking forward to working on my video that comes out tomorrow which incorporates all of his works. I'm very happy with the outcome :)
love the work through your mistakes bit
i do that all the time
the untrained eye will never know
art is a series of creative failures until its done
and if you feel you could do better make another one
who said you cant have two

That freehand round cut with the knife! Very impressive! And so is the whole build.
Totally agree! Love the sander too... so useful!
@@TabletopWitchCRAFT Yes I figured the result was sanded, but the footage of that round cut really struck me as awesome.
The freehand cutting on the proxon, that is difficult.
You’re both like 2 little schoolboys haha, and I thought that was a very endearing collaboration, you’re both uniquely talented in your own ways, and together, great fun, and it shows, I just enjoy watching your crafting magic happen, and I’m never disappointed ❤
Well I really appreciate that. I do enjoy making all my content and it was special to have Gerard along with me on this journey! Tomorrow's video will be the culmination of our efforts as well as including new models from the brand new TigerSkullRPG kickstarter :)
Loving this visit and all the videos coming! Enjoying seeing Gerard working with out foam too!
Thank you! New video out tomorrow :)
Fab work, I am sure it will look amazing when painted.
Next week's video is ready to go! Painting it was a lot of fun, and the texture too the paint awesome! See you next week :)
@@TabletopWitchCRAFT Must admit I've just come across your content today, got a lot of watching to do!
@@elmodiddly Welcome to the channel and enjoy! On a Friday too… perfect timing :)
Love the theremin, but is a bit loud in comparison to the rest of the audio.
I just love his structures. Idk if it's solely his technique or his knowledge of architecture that make them look so.. warm and cozy. It's gunna be neat if his style has infected you who already has a very high skill set.
I think it has already. I enjoyed learning from a master in this hobby!
Great work Gerard! Thank you for having him on, his work inspires so many craft builders!
Absolutely! Thank you for watching!
This was like a master-class level. I need to watch this video several times.
Right on, I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
I'm in awe. Looks great.
Thank you. Make sure to stop back next Friday to see it all painted up!
Looks awesome, I can definitley learn somethig looking at your work 😍
Awesome! Thank you!
@@TabletopWitchCRAFT Thank YOU for sharing your experience 😀
I can not agree more👍
Beautiful build! Nice to see another take and not the same old A-frame style architecture.
Thanks, and agreed!
Fun build. Thanks!
Glad you like it!
Damn, that's nice. :)
Thanks!
Best opening ever!
haha, thanks Paul !
Looks great - nice job!
Thank you :)
