I'm so glad you're not trying to be funny like a lot of other guys. Your primary goal is sharing info, and the humor comes naturally. Great video though! I need to get a good foundation in deadlift and squats before I start working on cleans.

Past your knees you don't pull the bar using your back and lats toward ur body, you actually gotta keep the bar following that vertical bar then you're going to have a more straight and correct bar path. And also whenever you're going heavy you can never row the weight to u, u would have to bring yourself to the bar not bring the bar to u

Kept waiting for "April Fools!" But no... Just all good & solid content.
What do you recommend with people with long arms. Standing straight up with the bar it's already mid-thigh so bent over it's below mid thigh. Even at triple extension and shrug I'm below the recommended bar location on my thigh/hip.
When you jump you don't wait to accelerate do you.?

I love your tutorial vids but if you explain merely first pull of clean for 8-9 minutes that means you should improve your speech to make it more leaner
Better to adress a broad context so I think it's necessary
