There are two basic reasons why an employee gaslights their manager. This video talks about what to do when you think an employee is intentionally gaslighting you. Gaslighting - the term comes from a great old movie called Gaslight - is psychological manipulation designed to make you doubt yourself, and it can be really subtle and hard to deal with.
